All associates trying to look busy. It seemed apparent it was to avoid eye contact and God forbid say hello. No help anywhere to be had. No problem, I found everything I needed. Ah but the cashier situation. I asked if I could have someone ring me up at the cash and yes of course they said. Just stand in line and ask for a cashier they said! Well as per usual no one to help. Each self serve had an associate helping someone to get through it but no one available to ring me up. Once again I left a full cart on the floor and left. Eventually had to point out on their own refund policy poster that was on display to say that it was allowed and then refund was actioned. Another employee also commented on my (vocal) accent in a negative demeanor which I found inappropriate. Every time I come to this walmart, most of the self checkout kiosks are closed and there’s giant waiting lines wrapping around the store.

Also If you buy an item and the price seems too good to be true. BEWARE THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT CONSUMER PROTECTION LAWS and will embarrass you in front of other customers instead of following the law.
Take photos if you do a price check with cashiers they will just remove price and tell you that row of items was not improperly listed. Because of they have small print. TAKE A PHOTO WITH THE CASHIERS WHEN THEY TRY TO REMOVE PRICE AND DENY CONSUMER PROTECTION. DONT SEND THEM BY THEMSELVES SINCE YOU WILL HAVE TO SHOW PHOTOS TO MANAGER. AND THE CASHIERS COULD TRESPASS YOU IF THEY DONT LIKE THE NAME TRICK JOKER

Rating grocery orders.
Started making online grocery orders since the Fall of 2022. Sometimes I opted to pick up my order, but during the holidays the pickup area was so congested that I decided to get my orders delivered instead.
Their service is quick and easy and deliveries are well done. Happened only once that my order arrived later than scheduled because the weather was so bad ( freezing rain ).
I love Walmart and I find a lot of stuff I need everything from food to pharmaceuticals. The place has improved a lot in the last few years and the customer service is outstanding with young vibrant personnel. Keep up the excellent work!
I ordered $470 worth of groceries online. It was supposed to get to my house between 9:00 to 10:00 am but only arrived at 3:00pm. When the delivery man arrived he handed me a Walmart bag with just bananas in it and left. I spent an hour and a half on the phone talking to multiple people just so they can tell me that all they can do is reimburse me. I have to wait multiple business days now to get my money back and will not be able to get any groceries until then. I didn’t get a proper explanation or anything, just a sorry for the inconvenience.
