- Reviews:I took my cat to get fixed here because I had so many positive suggestions from numerous amounts of people. It was low, cost and good care. Until about five days after my cat returned home, and he started throwing up and not eating. I then took him to a different vet because I no longer trusted them. Turns out my cat now has feline distemper. The other vet confirmed it was from the surgery. when I called to speak with somebody to explain the situation to them, the receptionist had the biggest attitude with me. When I asked to speak to the Director, she said well you can email her if you like cause she’s not in. And when I left my information, she also had an attitude with me about that. She did not seem like she wanted to help me at all.By Ivy Stejakowski (in the last week)Took my 6 year old pug there today because her nails had started to embed through her skin and when I say a caring staff. Went ahead to get my pug up to date on shots and see about dental work. The prices fit my fixed, single, disabled parents income. This is where we will go forever. Thank you All about animals rescue rescueBy Katrina Teverbaugh (4 months ago)Highly inefficient facility. I called the Flint location several times with no answer only going to voicemail. I ended up leaving a message with no response for two days. This should have been my first warning. I did receive a text message two days later with instructions on dental cleaning. You must get a consult first, walk in only. So, I clear an afternoon block for 3 1/2 hours thinking this would be more than enough time for a consult. I arrive, check in, and am told it will be a 30-45 minute wait. No problem right? I wait 55 minutes then check back on the progress. I am told only 15 more minutes. I wait 45 more minutes being told it is only 15 more minutes. Then I am told I probably won’t be seen any time soon. Then they decide to communicate after all of this, that even if seen, the wait time for a dental cleaning would be approximately 4 1/2 – 5 months!!!! Highly inefficient, lacks communication, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!By Justin Frost (2 months ago)We recently brought our German shepherd puppy here for some testing, and unfortunately he was sick. The staff came out to our car and not only took such good care of our puppy but my boyfriend too who was overwhelmed with the situation. We appreciate you guys so much and will forever be coming back if needed. Our puppy is doing so good today. ????By Najsha Fox (a week ago)My 1st experience with this clinic was about 5 years ago, I had my dog and cat both fixed. They came home perfectly healthy and healed up great. We ended up adopting a stray cat a year later and she too needed to be fixed, they had some complications in surgery, said her uterus was torn but everything should be fine just keep an eye on her and gave me a list of things to watch for, and call if I had any concerns, she was perfectly fine and healed up excellent. We just got another puppy a few months ago and I have her appointment for her spay, I completely trust everything will be fine. Great place. They’ve treated my pets well.By Raymond Charlene (a month ago)

- Reviews:We adopted this sweetie on December 7,2022 at the age of 4 months. He has doubled in size. He was previously known as Stimpy and now he is known as Nugget. The people there was very friendly and animals were treated great. Enclosing pictureBy Deb Narcio (4 months ago)Adopted my senior cat from them a little over a year ago. Spent the best $25 of my life. Adoption process was very easy and you can tell they care about their animals. They rescued him, and he rescued me. Thank you all for what you do.By hailey (4 weeks ago)So, thanks to one of the rescuers and taking in the cat. As far as the humane society in Burton. we drove 15 minutes to obtain the cat from Mount Morris that pest control was driving around two hours later in the back of your truck with. Picked up the cat drove to Burton to the Humane Society. Long story short we are contractors we do not walk around with cat carriers. But because the cat was brought in, in a live trap. Humane Society will not take her. she has a red collar with a bell, I stuck my fingers in there and pet her to prove she was not Ferral. Also offered to show pictures of her in her home. They still would not take her. I told the lady we’re contractors did not have a carrier so the owner just called pest control. I’m not gonna go buy a carrier if I don’t own a cat. So Humane Society can kiss my round beautiful you know what . That tournament we played in last year and donated $600 to them will never be repeated by our company again. I have never asked to main society for any help till today. They are just ridiculous. Here we are. We are on the job, and these animals are not our responsibility. Animal control, Humane Society, and any other animal centers should be working with people who are on the job and dealing with animal problems. Why do people even bother donated. Seems like your establishment wants cases that results in easy money. Step it up people are not gonna tolerate it. Do your job and your job is to take an animals. I am not gonna run around the house like rescues for hours catching a cat, this was easier.By ceta Bean (4 months ago)They WILL NOT allow you to adopt without previous vet paper work!!! HOWEVER, if you’ve NEVER had a dog before you can adopt one!!??????????????????????????????? How does that make sense??????????????????????? TIP: DO NOT DISCLOSE YOU’VE HAD A PET PREVIOUSLY or better yet, please “adopt/rescue” from a private owner!!!By Sandi Brunner (3 weeks ago)I hope they treat their animals better than they treated me. I found a dog that I wanted to meet and adopt so I called on Wednesday and was informed I had to visit the dog in person, then fill out an application and then wait to be approved. I traveled 42 miles one way the next day to meet him. When I got there the dog was being sterilized and I couldn’t see him on his surgery day. I asked if I could come back later and was told not until today. So I returned to the building after lunch after thinking about it, I wanted to be assured I would be the first to see him and fill out an application and leave it with them. I spoke to Lily and I was told no, I could not complete an application until I spent time with the dog first, and I had to follow their process. I asked if I could put a deposit on the dog, and was told no. So I showed up today at 12:45 pm with a dog collar and a pocket full of treats anxious to meet my black & white Chihuahua. I was told he was already being held for someone else! I asked to speak to the supervisor. She came out, never introduced herself, but gruffly said, the dog was being held for someone else. If I wanted him that I should have been there 45 minutes earlier! I explained my phone call, my (2) visits yesterday, being denied ability to leave an application etc. She said that I should’ve been there at 12:00 pm. She never apologized, took my previous trip into consideration, nothing. Zero customer service and I still do not have a black & white Chihuahua!!!! JuneBy June Weaver (5 months ago)

Bearded dragons are SOLITARY animals. In the tank next to this one I even watch two bearded dragons nip at eachother. These tanks are ridiculously small when you literally have a tarantula and scorpion in critter keepers in the huge tank. Store use some of your supplies for other animals SMH. treat your reptiles better.
Flint location, had an awesome nighttime clerk. He was super friendly and helpful, wish I would’ve gotten his name because he deserves a shout-out. There was another dude working the floor but he was too busy on his phone to ask if I needed any help he was tall, the clerk was shorter and had dark hair, he was cool, other kid not so much.
This store has everything I need for Zeus, plus he can go inside and get plenty of treats and grooming. I just love Petsmart
We’ve been taking our Great Dane puppy here for training, and Kelly is awesome! He’s gotten so much more polite and learned so much in the class that we’re planning on doing the intermediate class, too. You can tell the employees all love animals, and they always stop to say hi to our Moose. The grooming salon got his giant nails nice and trimmed; we’ll definitely continue to come here.
My experience with PetSmart have been awesome every time I go to PetSmart to get what I need for my Benji is there never had a problem not having anything that I need . I also get him groom they are awesome they friendly they seem to always get his haircut exactly like I wanted I would recommend him to family and friends keep up the good work PetSmart thank you
