  I went to that Walmart because I wanted a Microwave. Kohl’s , was my first intention to buy a Microwave because I seen one online that I looked and it was good in price, buy I got there at Kohl’s, they didn’t have any Microwave ovens, so I decided to go to Walmart and found a nicer one. The only problem I had is when check-out. The credit card machine was not scanning the chips on the cards. The cashier insisted that the machine was working fine and I kept telling her something’s wrong with the machine, and she saying no it’s not. So I pushed my carriage to the other register in the card went through with no problem. Then, she had other people going through the same problem. She did not call anyone for assistance about the problem that she was going through with the credit card machine.

  Has most of what you want/need. That’s to current economy prices are ridiculous on certain things of course. My biggest beef with this place is checking out. No walmart ever has enough lanes open. Mostly all self service because they don’t want to pay people. People go in with 20 – 30 items and you constantly have to get help because the scale is off. ( place item on scale, please wait, please reach item etc).

  It was overall a good experience. The employee’s where helpful and friendly. They used to have soda vending machines out in front of the store and wish that they were still there.

  did any one know that I place order online , then Walmart mark order that I pick it up. .so I called store and they said you need to do return tru your phone. it was several items now 2 of the item there policy is they not refundable so it $40 that they kept of mine . crooks thieves I can grab item and not pay for it but they can say online order you picked it up and if there something there it’s not refundable your beat … this item is test strip of blood glucose check haven’t check it 3 week now. if I die my brother and sister nee

  Walmart is immensely popular and a great place to shop for anyone on a budget. The only recommendation is that some of the cashiers could be a little more friendly and could use some training in basic customer service skills like responding when I say “how are you?” Or “have a nice day!”, but the store itself is great.

  Terrible merchandising management and curbside is not managed well either, takes way too long, not reasonable time frame. The employees that actually do the curbside drop off are very good though. It’s just the management.

  I shop at Walmart regularly and this is the first time I’ve had a store manager let alone a floor employee, go above and beyond with customer service.
  11/26/22 Cory the front end manger at the Cranston Plainfield Pike store was attentive, kind, patient and understanding…you don’t get too many employees like that. THANK YOU AGAIN!!!

  This place needs to be more serious about its assigned parking . Every time I come here for pick up people are parking in reserved spots for pick up when they go shopping it wouldn’t be an issue if pickup wasn’t backed up in the lot with customers for pickup trying to get a spot and there’s nothing available bc ppl are Parked here that arnt supposed to . I was almost hit by 2 ppl today bc we were all driving around trying to get a spot that opened up but they were literally full with parked cars for in store shopping . It’s every single time I come here . Other Walmarts have this issue too but not like this one this one is so bad I don’t even want to shop here anymore . I’m here right now and over 7 spots are taken by cars that arnt supposed to be in those spots but Walmart doesn’t care lol people do this bc you let them .

  This store is the worst! I ordered online for pickup, checked in long before arriving, when I got there checked into the spot with vehicle type & color. 10 minutes after I got there, I got an email saying that my order was picked up. I thought, great it’ll be out in a minute, nope. An hour & 15 minutes later, 4 phone calls with no answer, I tried to cancel my order & leave but I couldn’t because it was supposedly picked up already! I put in for a refund on the app, called the pickup # again to make sure I would get the refund & talked to someone who said I have to call an 800 for that. So I did, but now not only did I waste over 2 hours of my life(for something that’s supposed to save me time) I now have to go shopping elsewhere, using more of my time. Where’s the refund for that???
  This is not the first time I have had to wait an hour, my sister has also had to wait extremely long times, along with emails saying your order has been picked up, when it has not!

  I am biased to Walmart. I own the stock. They do a great job keeping product on the shelf. I usually find more than I need. I also have the Walmart app which allows you to compare prices with Amazon. I often can get Comparable items cheaper at Walmart. Love Sam Walton. He reflects the backbone of the American dream.

  Christmas time review. This is a very big Walmart. I found it super hard to find anything I was looking for. The staff members were pleasant, but not very well informed and as such weren’t able to help me out much. This is a super Walmart and there is a grocery store, Dunkin Donuts, and other services available that are associated with all super Walmart Stores. Self service lines are highly encouraged- in fact, there were only 3 full service checkout lines five days before Christmas. This caused long waits and tired employees. I’m not saying I’ll never go back, but I’ll wait a while and certainly not go there around Christmas. All in all… it’s what you would expect from a big Walmart at Christmas time. Happy holidays!

  It is a Super walmart so it does have a full service market. I was lucky enough to have a very helpful and pleasant associate help me at the register. My complaint with this location, is that they seem to have less variety in their departments. There are far more choices in other locations. The lack of large bags, especially during the holiday shoppinf season is annoying and ridiculous.

  Today is Friday 12-2-22; The store was packed with many Food shoppers. When completed all went to the Only 2 Cash Registers that people were working at. There were shopping carts at least 8 deep waiting for their turn to check out. There was a guy and his wife behind me with 3 items. When food shoppers have full carts to check out, we can’t use the self checkouts and pack our food at the same time. Walmart should have extra personnel ready to open up another checkout line to speed up the process of checking out.

  A good selection, and mostly clean, but not much to go out of the way for. The biggest problem? Stock the shelves! They can’t blame supply chains, Market Basket is always fully stocked. They also have too many automated lines.

  Worst…store…ever. You can call all day every day every department, no one answers, you have to call the corporate office customer service for help. Store pickup/delivery is a joke. 75% of my delivery orders either never show, are late, incorrect, or left haphazardly (like in the rain or at someone else’s house). That department never has any idea of what’s going on. On my bday they never delivered my order but marked it as such, then had me drive to the store and pick it up….they had me waiting in their lot for 53 minutes while they brought out an order for me that wasn’t mine, and then eventually told me never mind they couldnt pack it because it wasn’t in their system and I had to call the 1800# for a refund. That day, between waiting for the order, trying to get someone on the phone to help, driving to the store and then waiting for them to not help, it wasted 4 hours and I missed a birthday lunch with my mom. Got no apology no remorse. I’ve been trying to call for the past hour about an order that hasn’t shown up and for 35 minutes now, NO department will pick up and customer service just picks up the phone then hangs up. Always short of staff but never short on excuses, bs, and rude overworked uncaring employees. Seriously? F this store.

  What the hell is going on here? You have empty shelves every where. I had to change my menu for Thanksgiving because you were out of the food I was looking for. I think I’m done coming here. Market Basket is looking good. If they open one closer to Coventry, Walmart would loose alot of customers. Very disappointed!

  Good produce they had real grapes with seeds which is a rare commodity. The only downside to the store is that they didn’t have a lot of things in stock like the other ones. Like for instance, water. Poland springs!

  I go to Walmart a lot. You probably want to skip this one. Very “sloppy” the old man at the register is mute ,mentally challenged, or both. I said hello and he just stared at me like he saw all mighty god and got scared straight. Nice job Walmart! I was gonna rate a 1 star. They get 2 for having shopping carts.
