Hotel was clean and in a great location for us. Service was excellent. I spoke to Latoya before arriving and she went out of her way to accommodate us! All the staff was pleasant and helpful.There’s a variety of restaurants within walking distance and location is close enough to NYC for our purposes. We were extremely pleased.
Clean rooms, safe parking garage with easy access to the hotel, a dog run if you have a dog and conveniently located. I’ve stayed here countless times and it’s always been very consistent. As a Marriott Ambassador member they usually will upgrade my room here too.
We received an email that check in would be at 11:30. We arrived anticipating that check in for a family
Party. We waited hours for a 3 o’clock check in, and by the time 3 o’clock came, we were told our rooms were still not ready. It was not until 3:20 that our room was prepared, causing us to be late to the event we were here for. This has been the most unprofessional experience I have ever had in a hotel. The front desk was not helpful or accommodating during this experience.
Was visiting family: 10 reasons to stay here #1 Lady at the desk, Katrina was /IS a jewel! She was extremely helpful and kind. And so was the rest of the staff. #2 Great location if you have family scattered about. #3 Hotel parking was absolutely perfect. #5 The variety of food venues was amazing #6 (this should be #2) This Residence Inn has thee best breakfast set up and the food was amazing! #7 There’s a nice size kitchen IN the room. #8 The dining area is beautiful! And the scenic view AMAZING! #9 IF you want to go see a movie (or have time) it’s right next door. #10 Safe!
Love the design of the building, and my room was very spacious. The views from the 10th floor breakfast dining room are incredible!
This hotel is in a great location, with restaurants, a movie theater, and the Metro North train station within walking distance.
The only areas where I would not give top marks are the breakfast food quality and the street noise I could hear from my room.
