There wasn’t a clear way to isolate the water supply despite turning it off, line was still energized. We leaned on their abilities to resolve issue and provide a 1 yr warranty for the work. Did the repair quickly and professionally. Excellent. My review of their scheduling and customer service personnel however, is poor. I made an appointment 5 days ahead, so I expect them to honor that time as I had to take time off work for it. They call me at the appointment time to say it is moved 4 hours later!!! That is completely unacceptable. Their excuse is their prior appointment took longer than expected. That is your problem not mine. Go back to that appointment when you can, but honor your already booked appointments. Kept me informed and follow up with a call and an email. Tech Ty arrived, assessed the work I wanted/needed done, gave me options and started on the job asap. Replaced old pressure regulator (which was running high) and replaced the old corroded shower water valve (American Standard-no longer available). All done in one day!! Note: developers (Gentry) built with low grade pipes that becomes brittle over time. Ty had to do more than a simple job, putting more doable pipe and connectors. Joseph did an outstanding job of repairing 2 toilets; he was knowledgeable, courteous, efficient and very easy to work with. I would work with him again.
I would also like to commend the behind-the-scenes staff on the phones. They are very friendly and provided great customer service. Lynn in Dispatch helped me out so much as well! I have been coordinating repairs for a condo unit; she is an excellent listener, speaks calmly with assurance, is very knowledgeable, and I felt I was in good hands and valued as a customer with the care she provided.

Eddie from Rotor Rooter arrived, he was very professional, polite, and unclogged our kitchen sink in less than an hour. He is a very pleasant man and knew his trade and also provided his professional advice in how not to clog our sink again. I would highly recommend Eddie to anyone.

The efficiency and timeliness of the service call was outstanding as was the work that was completed by Brad and his colleague to unclog the main line. However, the follow up which we were told was arranged for the camera sweep of the main pipe that was cleaned has been very frustrating. We were initially informed that the appointment was made for 1-2 days and that we would be called. No call was received and when we checked, we were told that the follow up appointment was not made. It was rescheduled and we were subsequently informed that the follow up call was “dropped” and not arranged. We are now waiting for the third attempt for the follow up visit which has to be rescheduled even one more time. We have had to initiate all of the follow up calls. No one call to inform us of the status of any of the presumably follow-up appointments. Once Raul was able to arrange for the follow up visit, he was very professional and efficient. He was informative as well. The post-cleanup lack of communication at the office and dispatch service is what downgraded the rating for the service. The personnel who came to the site were great.
