2 years agoWent in for a simple routine car wash, first time going here, the wash didn’t even remove the thin film of dust off my hood, dirt still on sheep wells, windshield not clean, overall not good at all!2 years agoUpdate……Stopped in today to speak with people as requested. Again the people here are very nice and helpful, my stars rate the people at a 5 but the wash is not for my car. I guess my car is to small, to low to the ground and white. They let me go through again today but we picked the lowest wash option. I can not get the tire shine option as it sprays along the length of the bottom edge and the wheels kick it all up onto the side panels, black tire shine on a white car does not look so good. The bugs are still acroos the front and the back of the car is still dirty. Thanks for the great service and trying to fix the wash job, I appreciate your effort. They had given me a free wash to use in the future, I will have to try it on a different vehicle.
First post…… The man was so nice and walked me through the options. I bought the most expensive wash at $18 and bought the bogo for additional $9. It is not worth it at all. I have a small car and I was very disappointed. I used the pre wash bug wash, someone else sprayed pre wash bug wash before I even entered the car wash. After the wash upon inspection, I still have bugs on the front fender, the back of the car has road dirt on it. I will need to get home and finish the job.
2 years agoVery satisfied with my service and they even wash yr interior mats upon request. Very affordable, I have a monthly pass and happy with it. Great staff n all. 10/10 of u ask me!a year agoBeen a customer here for 2 years. I do the monthly plan for two cars. It’s $50 a month for unlimited washes. Before covid they handed out coke or water and wipes to clean your interior. Hope they start this up again soon. It’s fast and easy. I don’t like washing my car and truck myself so this is perfect way to keep my vehicles clean and the salt off in winter.3 years agoWent there on Aug 3 . As i was going through the wash tunnel one of the spinning machines hit my windshield and it cracked somehow. I drove back to the office and told an employee called Max about what happened . He took some pictures, made me fill out a form and told me a manager will get back to you. He also said that he witnessed that there was no crack on the windshield before i went into the tunnel. I get a call yesterday Aug 8 from Jason the manager who told me that he noticed that there was a rock chip on the windshield and that was the reason why the crack happened. The truth is the rock chip was there but the crack happened about 20 inches away from the rock chip. Very poor customer service. very rude. Mr car wash is the best.

I took my car here for the first time. I had a positive experience from the start. I was greeted kindly and the wash options were thoroughly explained to me. I bought the Rainbow Wash and added on floor mat cleaning. When the wash was completed I walked over to my car and was amazed at how good it looked inside and out! My floor mats looked great, cup holders were clean, dash was wiped off and spotless, and the windows were very clear and streak free! I can’t wait to go back. The staff was professional, friendly, and courteous and I left feeling fully satisfied. Thank you!!!
First time here and the first time getting a bumper to bumper detail job done. I dropped off my f150 for a full detail job inside and out. They said it would take about four hours. Great not a problem. I get called 4 hours later it’s done. When I get there the first thing I see is dirt on the top side of the bumper so I pop the gate. The floor mats are in the bed unclean. It’s at this point that the manager comes out I confront him about the dirt he immediately makes excuses and says the water drips and leaves the mess. So I pop the gate and what about the floor mats? They aren’t clean… in fact the bed was never cleaned. He says you wanted the bed cleaned? I paid for a bumper to bumper cleaning for $310. Yes everything should be cleaned inside and out. So he takes it back and 2 hours later it was finally done. The point is it shouldn’t have needed 2 more hours They fixed the issue but lost a future customer.
unfortunately it was not great this time. I only gave it a 3 because it has been amazing in the past. it never even got the paw prints from a cat off and did not vacuumed in the back. I paid extra to have my floor mats cleaned I would have thought they would get the dirt off.
I have gone hear for yrs as they used to do a amazing job the car would be almost spot less so worth the money but they came up short so not sure I will go back. It is a lot of money for a ok wash
I really tried to give this place another chance. Will not again. Bought the top car wash and added the floor matt wash. $50 total and then I had to come home and finish cleaning it. Floor matts were just watered down so got home and dried dirty, inside all doors not wiped down and tires are ridiculous. I will be happy when the new car wash opens on 65.
I took my Jeep in for a car wash at Perfect 10. The next day I noticed a lot of scratches on the hood of my car. I believe that this was caused when the car was dried by the employees.
I took the car back and spoke with Chris, the manager. He vehemently denied this could have been done at the car wash. I asked if he had any plausible cause other than wiping. He could not name anything but insisted the scratches could not have possibly been caused by Perfect 10. He went into great detail about all the customers who complain of damage after using Perfect 10.
He did give me a free wash, and I am happy to report I did not see any new scratches. Employees were aware that the manager was watching and they took very good care of my vehicle.
I told some of my friends about this experience and many had their own horror story after having their car at Perfect 10.
The manager did give me a free wash and he did offer a small discount on future service. The service would not remove the scratches however, so I’m not sure why I would want my car back at a company with such little regard for their customers.
Never again.
