4 months agoIt was tiredsome, I helped my buddy Mike clean his car and vacuum it out for $10 but it’s a clean clean, the vacuum was Free.✌️???? try it you’ll love how clean you can get your car…????????5 months agoI don’t like this car wash service at all! i have been thru other express-like or computer-like car washes in the past where the car comes out decently clean and more so dry. But these buddy bear car washes (on Deluxe wash) do not do any justice to the car. You are rushed thru the tiny car port and by the (short time) you come out the car still has a bit of dirt, the car is not dry fully, and one time i had a soapy film on both my mirrors, but then the water still left on the car runs down the doors and grabs the remaining dirt, and now you’re left with dirty streaks of dried up dirty water. Save your money and stress and just go to anther car wash i’d say.a month agoAllowed to get a wash then come around and told they turnt the vacuums off still 40 min till closing that’s bad business won’t be coming back.3 months agoI love all BUDDY BEAR car washes. Equipment is up to date and lots are clean.10 months agoThe car wash was great I use them all the time. But I paid 2x in one month for the monthly fee. My 30 days was not up. I found my receipts after I paid again. The manager has yet to contact me or credit my acct. He is never there when I come back to speak with him.

7 months agoI paid $7 for a car wash because i wanted it to be super clean. But I don’t even think I actually got a $7 car wash. There was still soap almost everywhere, there was also a lot of water so it didn’t dry it good. It was STILL dusty from the back LIKE HOW it’s a small car. It was super busy the line was all the way to the gas station but that’s no excuse. I’ve gotten better car washes from a $3 car wash, so disappointing waste of money. Also I been to other buddy bear locations and I’ve never had this issue.3 weeks agoGreat car wash, my wife loves that you can wash the matts. Plus Great platform you just drive in and is a rolling platform don’t have to worry about lining up the car with a tube pulling thing.a year agoThis place is very affordable at this location in Berwyn if you get the monthly package ( Deluxe package has the best value). It’s like $23.99 a month!! Unlimited!! Deluxe is $10 for a car wash. Therefore, it almost plays off itself after 2 car washes. This place is clean. Busy only early mornings/ afternoons on Weekends. Most of all my car comes out looking sparking clean with a great shine !!!3 months agoI’ve been here twice now, the first time was ok but the car was still dirty and it scratched the driver’s side mirror. The second time the car wash ripped off the two gaskets on top of the car. I asked the attendant to retrieve them and after waiting a while he came back with one along with someone else’s license plate! The car still came out with dirt and dust now covered with soap build up. Also, yes this car wash does scratch the paint on the car like other reviewers have said. The past few washes I’ve noticed they don’t use as much soap as other Fullers. I purchased the$18, the top wash to check it out 1 last time, and my wheels were completely dry and without shine as mentioned on menu. This place never has tire shine. Plus the soap barely squirts. I’ll be calling somebody.
Great car wash, for a quick and easy service. The ultimate wash is $18 and prices go down from there. They also offer monthly wash options. The wash uses the traditional rollers, top and sides. There is a free vacuum available after your wash. There are also parking spots for drying. I even believe it’s open throughout the winter. Note during beautiful sunny summer days, the lines at this wash can be quite long. Overall,I recommend using this car wash for a quick wash.
I’ll just start where the incident started. It’s almost 9 pm. I’m drying by car after a wash. Im approached my a car wash associate telling me I have to leave. I said when I’m done drying my car off I’ll leave then he starts pointing at a sign asking me can I read. Now we’re arguing nearly about to fight. The car wash associate went and got a hammer and started to threaten me. Then I got a hammer out of my car. Worst experience I’ve ever had trying to clean my car. Terrible associate. He needs to be fired for the way he acted tonight this is no way to run a business.
It’s ok if you want a semi wash and a choppy functional vacuum. The wash leave scratches so be careful if your car is new.
I like this car wash is pretty good.
