in the last weekI’m so so thankful that this place is here! I think this may be the ONLY full service gas station left! I use the GasBuddy app, and I saw that General Car Wash had one of the lowest fuel prices of the gas stations near me. It’s been awhile since I took the car through the car wash so I decided to get both done in one fell swoop.
The attendants are courteous (as always), and I drove away having accomplished two things in one stop and never having to leave my car. Grateful that this place exists.6 months agoI’ve been taking my cars here for years. Always been happy. I always pay for the top wash with wipe down and tire shine. As of the last few car washes it seems the quality has really gone down hill. I always ask for an extra $5 cash for the tip on top of the charge to tip at the wipedown station. Today the guy at the cash register kept it. Had to ask for it back. Not sure if he thought it was for him ringing me up or not but I was confused. My car wasn’t that dirty but so many missed spots I had to wipe the whole car down when I got home. Wheels were awful and tire shine wash missing. If I’m doing that much work at home I might as well just do it all from now on. Pictures don’t show well but 1 is after I cleaned and tire shined myself.a month agoDon’t think there’s a 5 star car wash around here, let me know if there is. The young men working there are super nice. My SUV was filthy, got most expensive wash and mentioned the roof was the worst, hinting for a good soapy brush up there. That didn’t happen. Checked it before leaving, about 20% still there now sealed with the coating, asked someone and was offered a towel. Thanks. So wiped down entire vehicle then inside the door wells.3 months agoLove this place it felt weird but nice to not have to pump my own gas for a change. The wash does a good job and the people are friendly. Big bonus is the ffuel is always the cheapest price around. We will be back.4 months agoQuick in and out. Only downfall was the second option for a wash that said focus on high tire shine..that is what I selected..
I was expecting my tire wheels to be at least cleaned and they were…I guess, but not even touched at the same time.. My wheels still had a massive amount of dirt.. usually when I get my car washed closer to home they will use a brush to get it all cleaned up before going through the wash.
Other than that, the gal at check in was awesome and shut my side mirrors and got us air fresheners.a month agoGreat car wash! Jose Atilono was super professional and insured that my car would fit before I even paid. Car look amazing!

Can’t even vacuum my car after a car wash.
Reply….. If you looked at the pictures, you would know why I could not vacuum my car. The entire place was overflowing with garbage. The alley ( not pictured) was filled with trash that the wind had blown away. I’m willing to pay but, I’m not going to sift through trash to reach the vacuum hose.

My original rating didn’t include a post. However, after the BB team reacted with my rating I felt the need to elaborate. The People at the wash are super helpful and very friendly. The wash is quality and the club pricing is a value. It also smells nice! Bottom line this company is thankful for your business and they show it!
Haven’t had a negative experience yet. Everytime I go the staff are friendly and helpful. I just use the drive thru wash with a membership so I don’t typically need any help but I always see them out there with a smile on helping others.
Absolutely the best car wash !! I’ve been taking all my cars here since I was 16 years old. The customer service is absolutely amazing and they are always so nice that’s what makes me want to come back every time. They are super helpful and great with directions. I have experienced other car washes but none held up to my standards. Brown bear will never disappoint! They are affordable and not overpriced! Thank you Brown Bear Team!
