4 months agoThey pack the cars in too tight on busy days. Car in front of me had braked and i didn’t realize until was bumped from behind. Paint chipped on front bull guard and rear bumper. Manager Jose said it wasn’t there fault, we pack them in tight because it was very busy, not a good enough reason considering it caused an accident. Plus they never do a good job cleaning2 months agoBefore the incident that happened, it was a decent car wash. I usually paid for a deluxe car wash with hand vacuuming and cleaning on the inside. As I was walking back to my car, I heard some of the ladies speaking Spanish. I am fluent in Spanish (however they wouldn’t have known that) but I heard one of the younger girls ask “do you think she will notice?,” but didn’t think anything of it because they wouldn’t be talking about me, right? That was until I got my car. I got to the driver’s seat and the seat was pushed all the way to the wheel! My seat adjusters are automatic and so as I am attempting to move the seat back, the motor is not moving the seat directly back but rather at an angle. It was broken. I drive with my seat all the way back and so that is when I knew that as the car wash crew was probably vacuuming and cleaning they moved it all the way up and broke it and did not bother to tell me but rather switch in a different language and think I am dumb enough to not notice damage to my drivers seat. They tried for over 30 minutes after I confronted them to fix the seat and they told me there was nothing that could be done about it! One other manager who was the only one with sense tried his best to fix the seat. After failed attempts, he was finally able to give me a quick fix to be able to drive home. I have not been back especially after buying a new car as I cannot afford anymore negligence from this car wash. When the experience is good, it’s fine BUT when it’s bad and they are at fault, it is absolutely terrible. They do not take accountability and I do not recommend this place to anyone and will never return.4 months agoGreat service overall. I come here all the time for a quick car wash but this was the first time I got a detail service done with them. I got the Bronze Getaway detail package ($130) and my car looks brand new inside and out. It took them almost an hour and a half on a Saturday afternoon to complete this service which isn’t bad at all since I have an SUV which my wife and kids use as a buffet table/dumpster-on-wheels. It will be much easier to keep it clean now since these professionals were able to get into every small crevice that I could never reach with a vacuum. Totally worth the time and price!2 months agoLiterally cleaned everything… no complaints… good service… Just bought this car and now looks a ton bettera month agoSuch a great place. I took both of my vehicles here to get cloth seats cleaned and they look like new. The team is efficient and very professional. I highly recommend!

a month agoThe customer service is the only thing good about this place, and from there things fall apart quickly. I wanted to wait to write this until I could get the full fleet of our company truck run through because the first 2 $160 interior cleanings were terrible. After taking the remaining 4 each @ $160 I can tell you they do not try or care. The trucks all came back with dirt, and all sorts of nasty that we had to clean ourselves and to make it a bit more aggravating these folks expect a tip. Exterior wash is okay, but next time I’ll save the over $1000 we spent and do it myself. Don’t waste your time or money, the wait is always crazy long and your vehicle won’t be cleaned well. I posted some pictures of what a”clean” vehicle looks like after they are done. Looks terrible.3 months agoI decided to try out a new place and I am so happy that I did. They have my baby showroom ready.

a month agoI was not expecting a miracle on my horridly disgusting car. I got a miracle. Not a single but of makeup, food or pet hair was to be found. I can’t tell you how nasty this car was. It was a new car coming out. Oh and the cashier sales gal was so incredibly kind. I was treated like a human she’d been friends with for years. Seriously can not commend the service I received on my 14 civic on Monday 6/12 around 8-10am. Thank you all so much!in the last weekI recently got my truck hand washed here, overall they did a good job but I did find areas that didn’t get touched. So I called back & spoke with manager Edgar he communicated well & told me to bring it back & they would take care of it so I did.a year agoTrash. Been taking my vehicles here for years. Every time the quality gets worse. I let it slide previously. Got vehicle back with smeared windows and mirrors, dust on the dash, coffee on the cup holders and floors still dirty. Steering wheel isn’t even touched, debris all over the bed… Was told the package i purchased didn’t cover it… so basically I paid 60 bucks to drive my truck through a car wash. Offered me a discount on my next wash. BS!!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I would leave a half star if I could. I was in the area figured I’d get the 25 dollar wash. The location is saginaw does a great job with 25 dollar was I get done to go vacuum and notice my truck tail gate was complete dirty. Doors were dirty my truck now has a scratch on the rear fender and tailight. Horrible experience. Never again will I come here.
I paid 10 dlls for a basic wash and my truck was even worse than dirty. I complained and I told the girl that my truck was dirty and she only said that she had paid for it!!! I leave photos for proof
I typically go to carnation but today I just went to zips to be quick because I’m headed on vacation but I’ll be coming here from now on. Billy provided great service and was very knowledgeable. They have microfiber towels and spray for the interior. The vacuums are strong, they get everything out of my carpet(which was pretty dirty). I highly recommend. Ask for billy and he’ll answer any questions and make sure you have a good experience.
I can not give a higher NON recommendation to Zips Car Wash on Debbie Ln in Mansfield. I normally use the car wash on Bowen & 1-20 which I love and does a great job every time
but I needed a quick wash today as I was also in a rental car and I have a monthly pass at my normal car wash.
Paid $15 for a mid range wash – same as I pay on I-20 FOR A MONTHLY FEE!! When finished the back end of my car was still very dirty. I asked if they would run me through it again since I did not get what I paid for. Answer from manager – sorry – there isn’t any car wash that will clean the back of your car. Respectfully disagreed with him. Asked him if he would run my car through again – answer back was a quick no. Asked if he was comfortable having an upset customer vs simply running my car through again. He immediately said “absolutely”
Many of my neighbors have told me this evening that they have had a horrible experience there as well.
There ya go. Won’t ever get my business again – I will make it my mission to let everyone I know to not give this car wash their business. Disgusting !!
First time through this car wash. I LOVE how my car turned out.very clean facility and friendly staff. We’ve tried several and this has by far been the best one. Billy was very helpful explaining about my different options. I will be telling my friends about it.
