3 weeks agoGreta location right next to the oil change. Friendly and helpfully staff!! Definitely will be back2 months agoWhile they have changed Ownership and the place has new equipment and looks great, the last few times I’ve gone there they were out of soap and my car was still dirty.
The very last time I went, After I paid and was beginning to go through the wash cycle the man attending the car wash told me the soaping machine was broken but I could go on through the wash and get back in the long line and come back around to see if fixed. Of course I couldn’t back out…
I went thru the wash and left.a month agoI’m more than over the very poor customer service team on Summer Ave. Mphs. TN, the mgmt website, & phone representatives. I’ve spoken to countless mgmt staff members onsite, whom assured all overages would be refunded & on the phone. I’ve submitted multiple requests to refund the Unauthorized charges to my debit card w/ my bank transaction proof for charges in April & May. At this point, my funds were stolen & it’s fraud. They also have the audacity to continue attempting additional debits of $19.99 when twice funds were just TAKEN from my account WITHOUT my knowledge/authorization. No one has contacted me. NOTHING has been returned to my debit card. I’ve stopped all debits from my catd to the establishment.2 months agoThe manager and staff are very friendly and the service is usually very good. Occasionally, when I go to wash my car, they are not working and I go in vain. Very well thank you!!a month agoWent through the wash and they had me go a second time because I had so many bugs! And now I’m bug FREE!! Couldn’t have been nicer!! And I have and clean car in this beautiful day!!

a month agoRecommend that they have a brush with soap for us to use on the grill of the car and rear view mirrors before we go through the automatic wash. I always have to go through twice or 3x and it still doesn’t always clean it well. Thanksa week agoThe was was decent. I paid for the pro5 plus (top tier) which included tire shine. The tire shine was practically non-existent. I saw a little sine on one spot o lm one tire. The detail station was a joke. Cleaner and cloth was provided but the few vacuums that worked barely sucked up air (I had to search for a working vacuum). There was no place to wash your floor mats. I’ve been to gas stations with better amenities than this car wash. Would not recommend it for anything other than a rinse off during spring to remove the pollen.2 months agoI choose the $20 car wash which covered everything I wanted done to the exterior. Charles stopped me as I headed to vacuum my car asking if I wouldn’t mind writing a review related to my experience at the car wash. He was pleasant. Overall my experience was great I’m a regular customer. I have no complaints.2 weeks agoI love the Union (midtown) location! It’s always a free stall, not too crowded and I’ve recently taken advantage of the Take 5 Unlimited Pass! More recently, today I visited and it was seamless as usual! Robyn the lot attendant was such a great help during the process! It doesn’t hurt that she’s super courteous and professional! She deserves some shine especially in this summer heat! Kudos!2 weeks agoIt was easy, fast, and clean. Much better than most. An employee named Robyn was very helpful, and she made sure that everything was to my liking. I will definitely go back the next time I need my car washed.

Really strange that they keep trying to not post my remarks by sending them back daily!!
Had previously used this specific location under a different management and it was ALWAYS GREAT, however the leadership yesterday was not friendly nor were they good leadership or models for the staff washing and sending vehicles through this location.
Arrival: We wanted to take on monthly services. Entered our card, it pulled up another vehicle we own currently. Different number make and model of vehicle but same color. We inform the young man that is clearly new but helpful. Upon being brought through the drive up system we remind him that we have the issue. He said he would give it to the manager. We go through the wash park and wait no manager for 10 minutes hubby stays out to continue drying vehicle and cleaning windows (love ❤️ the items they have available for you to care more for your vehicle) I go inside where I now wait 20 minutes for her to respond to my question of since the other vehicle appeared on the ticket and this is obviously a different vehicle how will this work…… she says that the system recognizes that the new plan will kick in for the car and to not worry. I am going back today and if it works I will give them a new rating, if it does not work I will update my fears disgust and angst.

I’m glad I switched over from zips car wash.. this is A much better wash club and you can see it.. at zips the equipment was always broken and never worked plus my car never really looked as good when I ran it thru the wash bay.. take 5 vacs has glass cleaner interior cleaner and towels plus working vacs!!! Much better place for washing your car!
Good car wash I did my car wash in many stores but I liked it because of the other things provided by the take 5 which are glass cleaning liquid and interior cleaning liquid along with fresh towel to wipe. I have never seen any car wash store providing such liquids to clean and towels too.
The attendant was nice & attentive. The chemicals for the wash were plentiful & my truck was super clean
