I’ve never had a bad experience with these guys.4 months agoVery friendly staff and knowledgeable regarding there services,and membership packages. Great they use the chamois wheels rather than the plastic much easier on the paint. It would be best if they had covered vacuum stations. Very hot in summer to finish up the car. Property extremely clean and as a thank you, brought me an air freshener.a month agoThe one car wash was fine, but I have tried several times to get this company to stop charging my credit card monthly! It’s been going on for months! I have been charged over and over and over and have only been there one time!2 months agoI would not recommend that you use this car wash. I took my car through the wash and I had damage to my car. I went back and spoke to the manager who initially was helpful. He took a damage claim and took photos of the damage and assured me that someone would contact me. No one ever did so I went back and spoke with the manager who this time was very evasive and tried to rush me out. He did tell me that the report had been overlooked and he would get someone to call me. I told him I would give them three days and if they didn’t call I was contacting an attorney. Still no contact from them. I went back this time the manager was rude and told me that the damage was my problem and since I didn’t get out immediately and report the damage but left the property that they were not responsible. My car was dented and scratched in several places. I am currently working with the legal system to fix my car. Use this car wash at your own parell. If you have damage DON’T expect any help from them.4 months agoThe manager working on 3/25 (Didn’t catch his name), provided amazing service. One of the tire shine machines was down and that was part of the package I wanted. He offered me a free car wash for the inconvenience. Thank you sir!

2 weeks agoThe car wash itself is a little pricy for not great value. I’m sure the 30 dollar package is pretty good. The real reason to come here is the aftercare. They have a self service station with rags and cleaning supplies and some very powerful vacuums to help get anything out of your carpets7 months agoThis car wash is not worth your time. I have gone there for my last two washes and both times have left me with the grime I wanted to get off when I went in there. The first time I went, I payed for a normal $10 wash, and it left my car streaky and somewhat still dirty and spotty. I still gave the place the benefit of the doubt and went a second time and got the $15 wash. It STILL left my car dirty on the lower half of my car!
On the upside, the customer service is great, but please take your money to another car wash if you want a clean looking car!a month agoTake 5 always gets my truck clean and I love the dry towels, powerful vacuums and free glass/interior cleaner! I don’t know why some people leave bad reviews for a car wash because it didn’t perfectly clean their nasty vehicle. In my opinion this is the best car wash in town… If your car is filthy then wash it at home yourself so you won’t feel the need to leave bad reviews on a good carwash.6 months agoThe car wash was in a convenient location and offered free vacuuming services. The only thing missing was a car mat stand where you can clean your car mats without bending over. In Chicago the price for a basic wash is 4 dollars, here it’s 10! Overpriced.
Update: resolve my issue? You’re overpriced… that’s all. You are 6 dollars more per wash that even Chicago prices!!! Drop your prices… that’s how you can resolve it. Besides… Take 5 would indicated a 5 dollar price point, not 10 dollars to start. You guys are WAY overpriced.
