2 months agoVery nice car wash and the vacuums are free and work very well. It is kept clean and I appreciate that very much. It also has tall stalls about 14 ft (?). I can get my 12 ft tall sprinter in there just fine so it’s the car wash I regularly use.a month agoThis is a great car wash and the only one I’ve been to that has RainX wet wax. The stalls are usually clean and the wands always work. Usually, there’s an attendant working if I have any problems and there’s plenty of room to get our trailer in and out.5 months agoI can’t give you 5 stars because the first bay I tried to use stopped working properly it lost all pressure about 30 seconds in and this is not the first time I’ve lost money. I figure I’ve lost $20 in the past year in that car wash but then I probably didn’t spend that $20 on vacuums, they’re free. 2 months agoHard to find a decent self service car wash. This place has free vacuums and the self service wash is about 27 secs per quarter. Location is central and in a decent area. Overall will come here again5 months agoThis place used to be pretty solid for the brushless automated wash, but I just spent $16 and my car had dirty water spots everywhere. Luckily, I had time when I got home to wipe it down.
Additionally, the air dryer when exiting was so weak, I could barely see the water move.
I used to wash my car here once a month, but never again.

Wasted $20 dollars to end up with a van just as dirty as when it came in… no tire shine, rims were untouched, dirt skid marks all over my vehicle, rear gate was pretty much untouched…. Never using this place ever again.a month agoI have used this car wash for years however I will not be using again. Just spent $16 on the touchless & my car is worse than when I drive it through. There are large water spot’s everywhere. I want a refund but they do not have a working phone.4 months agoUsually like this location and the proximity to our home. The last two times I’ve used the automatic wash I’ve paid $16 each time and the spot free rinse has not worked. Not a fan of having to rewash my car when I get back home.

I have been a customer with them for several months satisfied customer until last week, It was on a Sunday the car wash was packed I waited in line for almost 20 min which wasn’t a problem. When I pulled up to the entrance of the car wash I was asked to please hold for one second while the attendant proceeded to beat her spray wand on the rollers, she waved me to enter,as I was drying my car at the vacuums my tire goes completely flat. I was not rude or upset bc I knew they would make right what had happened….They admitted seeing on the camera my car entering with NO FLAT BUT EXITING WITH ONE, THE DISTRICT MANAGER SAID TO BAD WERE NOT DOING ANYTHING FOR YOU!!!!! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THAT PLACE EVER!!! 02/22/2023
They just tried to charge my acct,they went to far
This car wash is okay. I went weeks ago to the del city location to cancel my membership and get one somewhere else. Never thought that could be so complicated. The car wash always stops working while I’m inside of it which is concerning and then it doesn’t get washed as good leaving spots and it looks half done. The brushes are really rough and they have left many tiny scratches on my car. I’ve been understanding with all of that until they told me they canceled my membership but they didn’t. So now I’ve been charged. I called and emailed multiple times and ZERO responses. Just give me my money back. Then some automated message will respond saying we’re so sorry please email us here even though I already have.
Good job to the 2 guys who actually gave me what I paid for on this beautiful Sunday evening May 21, 2023. 640pm. I wanted to tip y’all but I couldn’t get out lol. I always pay the for works and never seem to get any more than a squirt on one side from a water hose. Thanks again! I will be back
The car wash itself is fantastic and the staff is friendly. However, some of the vacuuming stations are falling apart. Several bays for vacuuming out your car have no hoses working, or the attachments are broken off them. Some have no hoses at all, or only one side has a working vacuum hose.
It seems like it’s gone downhill, and I’m not sure if it’s due, like many businesses, to the fallout from the lockdown or what.
Been a member for years. Every location will have consistent issues with parts of the wash not working. Constant broken vacuums. And moody employees because they clearly don’t pay them enough to care.
That being said I canceled my membership 5 months ago. Took many calls and two trips up there to finally get it “done” wrong. I’m still being charged…..
When the wash works it’s “okay”. Missed plenty of spots on the back of the suvs. But major paint damage will be noticeable from these contact washes.
Customer service alone got you the one star. I had to cancel my debit card because they kept charging even after it was “fixed”.
Was gets a 3/5 because the inconsistency and frustrations over the years.
