2 months agoJust hand wash your car at home. I came here on 5/6/23 at approximately 3:50 pm and got a $15 wash and a receipt for a free wash. Just know I had to immediately use the free wash after my initial wash. I asked for a bug brush and they didn’t have one. They say they had to order another one so I’m guessing they only had one. The customer service was like people who just showed up because they had to be there. The pictures are after two washes! I just feel like I threw away $15. Had to go home and finish washing my car. Never again!a month agoI’ve NEVER seen or been to a carwash like this. There’s barely any water or soap in the prewash. Just moving along with nothing happening. It didn’t even clean my car.4 months agoAfter being closed for several days, I was ready for a good wash. I was motioned in by an attendant who had a floss pick in her mouth like a toothpick. She waved me in not even watching my tires or making eye contact with me. She did not spray the car as usually done. After going through the wash there was soap left on my car in several areas and bird poop still remained on the hood. Overall it was a disappointment. I like the location, but am currently looking for a better alternative.5 months agoHonestly my wash was fine. But instead of paying myself, an attendant came up and did it for me, then tried to aggressively get me to get a membership. When I said no thank you, he kept pushing and I had to decline a few times. It just felt a bit aggressive and I didn’t expect that when going for a car wash of all things10 months agoNICE shinny and clean, great service and the vacuums suck better than bea on centenary ????????(from what I’m told)

5 months agoTerribly 247.00 dollars and every rim,back of sleeper outside frame of trailer. Under the fenders even the side of trailer were left untouched. I Inspected what I could but it was wet so you couldn’t really tell what all they missed. I just didn’t expect that much to be missed. This didn’t happen on 1 truck it happened on 2 trucks.2 months agoFirst time using this location. I don’t like Blue Beacon. They never ever get the truck clean. I was there today. The guy was nice. They missed the top half of both side of the door. They miss my top half of the sleeper. Paying what I did I shouldn’t be seeing dirt.a year agoBlue Beacon is awesome! My truck looks so good. They are so pleasant, and treated me with the utmost respect. Their customer service is excellent, and the quality of work is unmatched and far exceeded my expectations. Keep up the good work! I definitely appreciated everything that y’all did for me.a year agoI usually get a good wash from this location, this morning, 7/31 around six, it took longer to check out and pay than the wash itself, and there was only one(1) truck waiting behind me. I get to my destination and see that none of the chrome was cleaned and the brush job was half fast. I don’t like to complain but these washes aren’t cheap. Like I said, I usually get a good wash from here and today I was very disappointed.a year agoI arrived around 1 a.m. and the first truck in line????. I was greeted by the night manager, I’m sorry I forget his name. He was professional, attentive, and informative. When I tell you that the crew was efficient and quick… May have been there 15 minutes, and an awesome job they did. ???????????????? Thank you guys and the lady.

The staff were exceptional. My complaint is that over half of the vacuum stations are not working and it’s been like this for a very long time. When is this going to be addressed? On a nice day we have to wait for a functioning vacuum. I have considered canceling my service for this reason.
The staff are super friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. The car wash is frequently out of service and only a few vacuum cleaners are typically in working order. When everything is working, it does a fabulous job.
If the scanner would work it would be cool.. Every time I pull up, they have to come out and enter info in manually ????????.. I don’t get mad. I only paid $10 for a month of washes.. Two washes a week… that’s 8 washes a month… who am I to complain… Thanks.. The washes are not A1 but they are what to be expected from an outdated drive thru carwash… The staff is amazing and down to earth… Keep up the great work ladies and guys…
Staff is always very friendly. Quick to get through this car wash. Sometimes I wish that the soap dispensing or the blow drying was a little bit more but my car still gets clean and that’s the main thing thank you so much.
I have the unlimited wash on 2 vehicles. I’ve had it for several years now. It just keeps going more and more downhill. I will be canceling soon. The location I go to is broken down frequently. They have about 20 vacuums, but only about 6 are hooked up, and of those 6 it’s hit or miss on if they work. If they do work they don’t work very well, because they’re almost always clogged up. What also makes me upset is they no longer allow you to use the restroom. I go with my children frequently, and during the course of cleaning the van out someone almost always needs to use the restroom. My children are 4-13, and normally it’s the younger ones that need to go. How are you going to tell me my 4 and 6 year old can’t use your restroom?? Then I’ll have to stop everything, load everyone back up, and find a nearby restroom hopefully before they wet themselves. My advice for the company, fix your equipment so it’s not breaking down all the time, fix your vacuums, and provide a public toilet for your customers! As soon as I have a chance to go back by there I’m canceling my membership.
