a week agoI got the complete detailing package. All the bells and whistles! A present to my husband for our wedding anniversary. Detailing appointments are booking up fast, plan ahead! I had to wait 6 weeks for my appointment. Chris and Brian did a great job. They listened to me and went over and above to meet my requests. Little bit of a bumpy interaction with the manager, but it worked out and I am pleased with the overall outcome.a month agoI have the 12 month unlimited club membership to any location. The Troy location did a good job. The interior was left clean with freshener, the line was organized, the wash was fast and thorough, and they offer complementary towel drying. The gentlemen who cleaned the interior of my car were kind and offered me a seat in the customer lounge while waiting for them to complete cleaning. The customer lounge has complementary water for guests to enjoy while waiting typically less than five minutes for their car interior to be clean. This has been my go-to car wash for quite sometime now!2 months agoNot impressed! Here is what the most expensive wash got me today…thanks for the great attention to detail. He got into all the nooks and hard to reach places and there was literally no dust anywhere to be found when he was finished. What a fabulous experience from the time I drove in to completion with a totally cleaned car inside and out. I was hesitant because:
1. I was using very old Jax certificates—no problem
2. I cannot drive through a carwash—no problemThe manager, himself, walked me through the entire experience.

a month agoThe wash is ok and the drying off is a nice touch. Couldn’t get the monthly sticker because no employee knew how so had to keep receipt to show proof the next time I come like they said to and then give me a hard time getting it. Then I realize that I’ll just wash my own vehicle so I want to cancel monthly plan. So I got in and the employee drags his feet and asks for my credit card. I’m the moment I don’t get it back and have to drive back to the wash. Shady workers so I have the card locked because now they had it in their possession. Monitored it after fortunately nothing. Guess what I just got? A new month subscription that I had asked to cancel. Also, tips at the end of the line are shared with everyone and not the dry line guy who is actually pretty chill. The knuckleheads in the poorly lit shop are incompetent.a month agoBeautiful Carwash they have the nicest staff i felt welcomed and they treated me with respect i have never seen such organized business like Ace Auto Wash They gave my car one the best details i have ever came across form2 months agoThe young man working there changed my car gear and used up 1/4 gas for the time my car was sitting there. Be careful of this place. And they finished th work 1 hour and half later than it was supposed to be. and suddenly offered free car wash lol5 months agoWAY overpriced. At start of wash, guy spent about 10 seconds with a low powered wand trickling water that only got my car slightly wet, and it did absolutely no cleaning. Only 2 of those seconds were spent on the back of my dirty SUV. Went through wash and had to wait about 3 minutes for guy drying to finish truck in front of me. He did a good job on mine, but the back of the car is still dirty and some deposits didn’t come off my windshield. Nowhere near the service I get at Town Center Auto Wash in Clarkston for less money.9 months agoBeen going to this car wash pretty consistently for the last year or two, and I always appreciate the customer service. However yesterday was the cherry on top! The young gentleman helped me insert my cash into the machine, and although my bills were crumpled and it took longer than expected, he helped me out with a smile on his face the entire time. The gentleman who dried my car was also very kind, and I realized what I love about this car wash is that everybody treats you like a regular even if it’s your first time. Great customer service and great deals for a great car wash. One thing I will say is that the towels they use to dry your car aren’t the best, but it doesn’t bother me too much, if your particular about that sort of thing it might however. Overall, 5 starts out of 5! There’s free vacuuming, you can buy another car wash ahead of time at a discounted price, and their detailing service is superb too!

Unbelievable experience. One of the workers stopped me as I exited the car wash because they thought they forgot to return a floor mat in my vehicle. He was polite, then some lady comes out screaming telling me to move?? I’m not the one that stopped the vehicle. After that I go out to get my car dried and the old man that dries the cars starts screaming and cursing telling me to get the **** Out of here. He refused to dry the car and then did it and scratched the car. Horrible staff
They had to wash my car twice and it still looked dirty for$14 the first guy didn’t even power wash at all just rushed through if you want a great car wash don’t go here go to mister C’s I won’t be back and yes my car is new!
New management is terrible. They broke a chrome piece off of my truck the manager walked up to my truck looks at the front and says I see why it broke and walked away.
Absolutely terrible management at this place after the previous manager left. I would recommend staying away. He didn’t even try to help me with what happen or offer to give me a free wash. Absolutely terrible manager.
