2 months agoThis location of Tidal Wave on highway 96 and Houston Lake in Warner Robins Georgia is the absolute best! In my experience, this location stands head and shoulders over ALL the other washes in the area. Always have pleasant staff to greet us, plenty of clean towels to use to dry your car, and the vacuums always work and have great suction! Kudos to the staff and management of this location for consistency in delivering great service! You’re the best!2 months agoAlways great service and a good wash. I’m a monthly member and it’s nice being able to go whenever my car is dirty. The vacuums are kept up nicely and the staff is friendly. Tony is the best and is constantly walking around and checking on everything and all the customers.a month agoI’ve always had an amazing experience here. The people working here are kind and will bend over backwards to help. The manager always has a smile on his face and often asks if there is anything he can do to help. A big shout out to Tony at the Hwy 96/Houston Lake Rd location. He’s so so friendly and ALWAYS goes above and beyond to help! ❤️a month agoLet’s just say this tidal wave understood the assignment. After not being able to use my plan pass for months after being in a car accident, Tony located my account, updated the account to reflect a family plan because my husband had a separate plan pass. Then he transferred my sticker to the rental and gave me instructions for when I get my car back. If that wasn’t enough, he helped me figure out how to get tree sap off the side of the rental. I was happy not to be brushed off due to it being a busy day. Tony and his crew guided me thru the traffic so I could park close to the office as I had my young daughter in the car and didn’t want her standing in the heat while we figured the accounts out. All in all, we saved $5 by switching to the family plan, got some sap off the rental and got it washed before my trip! It was a great experience and with the heat in full swing, I’m glad Tony was able to quickly resolve the issues.

Nathanial was very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and patient all while keeping a smile on his face and having an up-beat attitude! He helped me with the transaction and got me started, using the discount, on my first car wash. Great customer service!in the last weekThis particular Goo-Goo car wash is TERRIBLE as for as the service of the equipment that supposed to clean your vehicle and the unbothered, not a care in the workplace employees. Your car looks almost as dirty as it did upon entering the car wash. The employees are not bothered, but will do as asked if you desire to run car through again, but don’t bother, the wash isn’t going to be good. May I recommend you travel a little further down Watson to the car wash across from Lowes and Home Depot if you are looking for a good wash and great customer service4 months agoMy husband & I pay the monthly premium fee per month for each of our vehicles. In the last 3 months the washing services has been very disappointing. When we started roughly 3+ plus years ago using GooGoo it was an awesome, clean facility with great washing services & vacuuming. Towelettes are usually unavailable for drying.
Now we’re seriously inquiring of other facilities because of the decline in quality. It’s so disappointing to us as the GooGoo is very convenient for us. I spoke with the manager and the Watson Boulevard in Warner Robins, GA and she stated that the car wash was being revamped and that it should be completed by this September. I am not sure if we can stick around that long due to being sorely disappointed in the quality. Unfortunate!!!
3 weeks agoI haven’t visited this business in almost two years. Bad cyst service and vacuums never work properly to be paying a monthly fee. I rather pay someone to do it. Just close down already.2 months agoIt’s your basic automated car wash. It does a good job but not a great job. At least from my experience. Your mileage may vary.

I agree with Leonard Padgett II’s review because today, we went through the car was then on to pay $20 for the interior to get done. The guy and young lady in the interior department were great and the recognized that the car wash had not done a great job, so we were allow to go through the wash again. The initial crew at around 11:30 seemed to be just going through the motions, because we knew they knew why we were coming back into their area. Bugs and work grime was still on the car after the second wash. Save your money this isn’t what I would expect after paying over $50 for a car wash services. I could have done better by finding a roadside car wash crew. This experience has shown me the this isn’t top notch service. Management get out there are view your employees from a distance then reply, because if you don’t see it then your are blind to the facts. I wish that I had read the reviews and basic stuff responses before trying this car wash.
First off, awesome staff working the payment kiosk. But unfortunately, we spent $30 on the new graphx wash and our car was still so so dirty. It upsets me to know how that $30 could have been better spent for our family. Will not be back and I recommend others find somewhere else as well.
I have been a customer at Tidal Wave for quite some time, however, recently it seems that they are using different cleaning products in the drive thru service, especially on the tires. I used to leave with my tires shining, but now they still seem dull afterwards. Additionally, the wait time is a tad bit longer (line to gain access). I also find myself having to move my car from vacuum station to station due to many of them being clogged up so badly. I will continue using Tidal Wave since I currently hold the unlimited wash access pass, but I’m hoping the overall experience improves.
Best car wash experience I have had to date! I brought in a car that had been left idle outdoors for almost two years. They got it cleaned up inside and outside. They took the time and effort to do the job right. There is no better option in Warner Robins.
I love coming to this car wash. The vacuums work really well and the staff is super friendly. I would really like to shout out Michael for being so kind and helpful. He was very respectful and had excellent customer service skills. I will definitely be back!
