What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. First of all, this is the furthest thing from a quiet neighborhood. From people in the buildings blaring music (so loud it would shake/vibrate my walls) to people blasting music in the parking lot to dogs barking on the balcony! If you’re looking for quiet.. this is absolutely not the place for you. Mentioning to the office did no good because nobody did anything & calling security did nothing either because they didn’t care enough to get out of the car to check on anything. They switched while I was there but it didn’t matter because I started sleeping on my COUCH to avoid the noise I could hear in my bedroom because it was loudest there. & they love to raise rent. They raised it after the first year and raised it again after the second, but luckily I was finally able to move! TRUST THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS!!! I’m convinced the good ones are paid lol that’s how awful this place is. I used to literally dread coming home sometimes.
Also, if you have friends or will have guests often.. don’t live here. There’s no guest parking at all.
& the gnats? They were ruthless. I had to buy an indoor trap and I set other traps all around my apartment. Without that.. they probably would’ve taken over. I kept my apartment clean. No dishes, no trash, no old food.. none of that & they were still crazy. I saw another review below about that as well so like I said… trust the negative reviews! If you’ve ever seen the movie Friday After Next that’s what I’d compare this place to.. nice on the outside but sketchy business throughout the community. Aside from the maintenance team who were always efficient and nice and the Amazon Hub I have nothing positive to say. I had a miserable experience here.
Don’t move here. You’ll regret it.. I did. Every. Single. Day. Of my. Lease !

  2. Thank you to Juliana. I walked in the other day and she gave me the best customer service. Did very well in explaining on how to apply. Probably the best experience I have ever dealt with trying to get an apartment. Thank you her.

  3. Just what I was looking for in a very nice area. The leasing office personal were very helpful and guided me through the process. Has been a great experience since moving in. Overall very grateful to be part of this community.

  4. Wow! One of the best teams here. I was with my friend (who lives here) in the office and Dina was so kind and personable. She had an answer to all of our questions and made my friend feel like she was understood and assisted

  5. The management and maintenace team are exemplary. Two hours at most for maintenance to respond and management takes steps to handle issues immediately. It is not necessarily quiet because it is apartments and neighbors make noise. I however plan to renew my lease next year.

We needed a place for my brother-in-law who has quickly deteriorated in health. However, he’s still at the point where he is stubbornly self sufficient. If you or your loved one is still self-sufficient this is the place. The rent includes three meals a day, utilities, and a shuttle service. In San Diego, that pretty hard to beat. The staff is really personable and go out of their way to be helpful. They even empty your trash and wash your linens once per week. Of course, there’s the office staff as well. Kami has been our point of contact since day one, and she has really gone above and beyond to make sure, at least in our case, that my brother-in-law is ok. I can’t express enough just how much we appreciate how sweet and understanding Kami has been about our situation. She’s the best. In a world where employees are treated as if they are expendable, I hope they’re giving her the benefits, compensation and credit she deserves. Thank you Kami!

I helped move my good friend into this facility and from day one the experience was grest! No stress for my friend. No stress for me helping. Everyone has been cordial and very welcoming. A great facility with top notch talent at the administrative end! A true diamond in the rough!

My mom resided at this very pleasant and moderately maintained Retirement home. They do get three meals a day served in the dining room on actual china, but the portions are often very small and my mom complained of not being satisfied after each meal. Upper management seems a little judgemental towards family, but overall it’s a good value compared to other places and it’s a safe place for Mom and Dad.

As it stands, there seems to be a roach infestation… an ever lasting one. My husband had to spend 3 hours in his dads room killing and cleaning roaches from the fridge and everywhere else and when he asked another tenant if they had the same problem they said yes. Notnsure what Pacific Point is doing to remedy this but it has been ongoing for at least 2 months that I am aware of.

A relative lives here and I visit often. Great service. Friendly staff. They are always polite to me and have always been to other people when I am there. Last time my Aunt had an issue with her apartment, a badly leaking faucet, their maintenance person was there that day to have it fixed. A+

Actually not disliking it, but WHY were not the INSIDES OF THE APTS SHOWN HERE??? Nice u show activities.HOWEVER, you need to show lots more of INSIDES apts. After all, that is where these people ACTUALLY LIVE…..NOT IN A CAFETERIA OR REC ROOM……I maybe should have gave it only 1 star. Wish I did.

“BEAUTUFUL VIEW” from 16th floor. This is why the city it’s in is named “CHULA VISTA”. This senior apartment building is full of residents and staff who are genuine. Happy and just a nice place I visited a friend many times and I recommend this to any senior thinking of relocating.
