Cons: 1. when I bought my package, they advertise as “virtually painless”, there is absolutely nothing painless about it. If they offered general anesthesia I would’ve bought that too. It’s incredibly painful, even if you take Tylenol and advil prior to appointment. 2. They will cancel your appointment if you’re 2 minutes late. 3. Huge variations on the nurses that you get who do your laser. Some are great and apply pressure to lessen the pain others try to be quick and less thorough. Courtney and her assistant were so friendly and efficient! Even the receptionist and the waiting area was warm and welcoming. During the appt, she took the time to address an issue I wasn’t there for originally, but needed care for. It was so nice not to have to make another appt, but get it taken care of right then and there. Then her assistant recapped the treatment plan and timeline, again before I left. They were very helpful and so fast!
Staff was helpful and willing to answer questions; Dr. M. Sutton discussed some of my dermatological issues, and suggested some things to start with during my first visit; I appreciate very much her concern for my concerns. And before I left, we made a small plan on future sessions and what they might involve. I also appreciate the face to face discussion, and a very welcoming beginning! Thank you. All, receptionist- check-in nurse and PA Erin, have awesome skills! I’m not sure how to say it in the elegant way it deserves… knowledgeable, kind, passionate, fun, personable and creating a trusted and secure experience I want to come back.
Front desk staff and nurse Amy was great. I’m being generous when I say my interaction with the PA was 2 minutes. Last time she had done an overall skin check but was still in a hurry. I honestly thought she was coming back after she stepped out. I got my prescriptions refilled so that was good.
As a first time patient of the aesthetic-side, I was a little nervous until Meghan provided a calming and thorough introduction to the procedure and process. It was so positive, I can’t wait to try additional items on the menu. Wonderful outcome!
