They went over what I needed to due pre surgery and why, what to expect post surgery which includes drops that are needed, why and how important, and required post surgery visits. The schedule sheet given for recording drops is so helpful. I chose laser assisted and liked being told what was taking place as that procedure was done. My vision is already so much better; can basically go without my glasses except for reading. Glad I chose a lense for distance. Chisa is one of God’s blessings! She is so very welcoming, friendly and nice. You can tell in her voice that she wears a smile under that mask. She relaxes everyone that comes in and puts them at ease. It takes a lot. It takes a lot that everyday you can put aside any struggles you have and be there for another as Chisa is. I am sure she hears the same jokes and chuckles day in and day out but always welcomes them. While waiting for my Mom I have watched Chisa remain busy by even straightening the chairs in the wating room. Also, of course she disinfected the reception desk after every patient. Dr. Amy and staff are amazing. She removed a mole on my neck today that has been a pain in the neck, no pun intended, for years. While I was talking to her, I didn’t even realize she was finished that quickly and with no pain whatsoever. She also gave me a thorough check up. I had a choice of once a year or two times, every six months, I like them and their medical ability so much, I chose to go every six months.
I had a couple spots that were looking like they could need attention. My daughter made the appointment with the office for me. I was so anxious about the appointment and the Doctor Amy was very professional and made me feel ok. She did a biopsy and results came back as basal cell superficial. I just chose to have them scraped and burned yesterday. It was painless. The numbing I did feel only a pinch. It was over in about 10-15 minutes. So thankful for their practice. I would definitely recommend them! Do not wait have things checked out sooner than later. Much relief today!

Amazing staff !!The front desk lady was so wonderful as soon as I walked in she was so helpful. I work in the medical field and this was such a blessing of a place to come to . My check in nurse was a sweetheart and Dr. Amy was Amazing in the acne treatment I needed. If I could give them 10 stars I would . Definitely recommend this dermatologist.
