The staff here was so kind/friendly from the moment I called until we took our cat in. Very genuine/loving people who rely on donations. I’m so glad places like this exist. She was having problems keeping food down and not doing well. The staff with Humane Society-San Bernardino was caring, patient and understanding! They explained what they do and what to expect. There were 3 people ahead of me in the line outside for walk -in before opening time of 9am. My pet was not eating , breathing with a little cough and he wasn’t himself . I was told it was probably going to be a 2-6 hour wait ,I agreed to wait thinking it would be before 12 to be seen by a veterinarian was I wrong ,they told me at 11:30 to come back at 12:30 because the veterinarians were going to lunch . I was there at 12:30 and didn’t get seen until 3:30 everyone in the am line ahead of me were seen before 11:30. When I saw the Dr. I was told I needed to be seen at hospital for diagnostic reasons. The Dr. was very apologetic for the wait , which if I had been told earlier I would not have been there from opening to closing . I think your front desk should maybe have a medical assistant or veterinary tech to assist with walk-in illness for triage reasons , the receptionist is not going to know illnesses that need priority. We have always had good experiences from this clinic but this has been the worst and most of all frustrating waiting 6 hours with your pet not feeling well while you watch walk-ins come and go .By Lanell Frazier (2 months ago)

We found TWO rattle snakes at back yard and they came immediately after call. It’s hard to catch one of them because it hid under the AC compressor but Sylvia made it. It’s not my first time ask Redlands Animal Shelter for help and every time was a good experience. Thumb up!By YAN DONG (2 years ago)We adopted our 4 month old little boy from this shelter. He’s such a sweetheart and fits into our family perfectly. He loves to cuddle and play. Love shopping here for my furbabies. Had curbside pick up and no wait. Items were brought out immediately. Young lady who brought out items was extremely kind.Thank you!!!
I went to the Grooming department for 1st. Time and Alexis was great!!! BUT, MY 2ND. VISIT WITHOUT ALEXIS WAS A NIGHTMARE!!!!
Took my yorkie for a bath a full hair cut $58 no add ons. Got to his appointment, the groomer looked annoyed meanwhile she checked his skin , nails and teeth. She was barely grooming a different dog before mine. So I get a call 3hrs after dropping him off saying she had to stop grooming him because he was squirming too much and I needed to pick him up. I go in and they call the supervisor and they pretty much tell me what they said over the phone. But they now say he needs to be sedated with the vet for haircuts. Just not with them. I get charged full price for a no bath choppy haircut. We get home and he isn’t playful like always and flinches when we pet him while he’s awake or asleep. Sadly we try to make an appointment for a different store and he no longer can get a appointment. Never had a bad experience with any other groomer.
