Stacy S (Vet Tech) did a great job with my puppy when I was there for my vaccine appointment.By Diana Brown (3 months ago)i went in today to buy a light fixture for my green tree frog and i am absolutely horrified with these animals living conditions. these poor animals are in such small enclosures that they’re crawling all over each other. i looked at the roaches because that’s what my frog eats and almost every single one was dead. there was a carrier full of mice and it was so full that there was 3 stacks of mice just crawling on each other like levels of a house. there was 5 leopard geckos in one tank that seemed to be maybe 10 gallons and they only had one hide and no substrate. i looked at the fish and none of their alien bettas were moving. they all looked dead. i even tapped the tiny plastic container they’re housed in to see if they would move and they didn’t. they also house three different kinds of frogs in one tiny enclosure, when you’re not even supposed to mix breeds, especially in an enclosure that tiny. i am appalled and feel awful for these poor animals. they NEED better living conditions. you would think for a pet store they would know how to properly care for these animals, but they absolutely do not. there needs to be a serious change.By Ellie warburton (2 months ago)The manager Chris and his team have always given us excellent customer service at this location. We appreciate all of their help In troubleshooting and lack of judgment when we have fish casualties. It is a bit smaller store and has had to close early a few times due to lack of staff or I’d give it 5 stars. The manager, Michael, is knowledgable, caring and knows how to work with customers. He went above and beyond to assist me with my product issues and I couldn’t be more happy. - Reviews:Best pet shop around. It’s huge. Has lots of options for both cats and dogs as well as reptiles and rodents i believe. They place orders for us and notify us when our food comes in. We live in a travel trailer and spend some parts of the year on the road and this is by far the most vast selection in a pet store we have seen for cats. Great customer service as well. They helped us figure out our cat’s allergies. (a year ago)Bought 2 rats the other day and are completely aggressive. They bite and attack me even though I leave them alone. I called back and manager told me that I shouldn’t touch them and that it’s weird how they bite because they don’t sell rats who bite. Such a freaking lie. Even the employee picked up the rats from their tails (which is extremely bad and painful for them) . Makes me believe they abuse their rats… even my friend who trains rats for a living says they have never seen a rat act so aggressive and out of control before. I believe this place traumatizes rats. Very nice employees, got my beardie here(Paco) and he had some problems with stuck shed on his tail the day we went in to get him they offered to reserve him and they would take him to an expensive vet to get checked out( we didn’t have to pay extra for it) we got him a few days later. Several employees sent him off and he’s such a great pet! Everyone loves him and he’s so sociable!
Jana was phenomenal with my Maltese! So knowledgeable, thorough and kind! My dog has never left a grooming appointment so happy! When he has gone to different establishments he is paranoid and skittish for weeks. It’s almost like he is traumatized. But with Jana he came home happy and smiling and as if nothing happened! So grateful to have found her! I love Jana’s straight to the point personality. She doesn’t beat around the bush and I respect that! We will Definitely be back!

I go to PetSmart often and usually find everything I’m looking for and always very helpful when I ask someone questions. I am hoping the shipments being delayed and empty shelves won’t last much longer for all our sakes. I love PetSmart and pick it before other chains locally.
