I really enjoy Verizon wireless services, but I don’t like that they don’t do simple repairs here like a cracked screen on my Galaxy 28th. That’s the reason for the loss of a star, otherwise everyone here is very amicable and instrumental in providing the service one would expect from a preponderant corporation.
Called Verizon support about returning a phone they said I could drop off at the location provided. I go in the store, worker asks for what I’m here. I explain the situation immediately rejects me tells me to go to UPS, after I told her VERIZON SAID I CAN DROP OFF RIGHT HERE. Just shouts loud so the entire store can hear. Terrible customer service from that lady. Didn’t even bother listening to me just speaking over me.
The other day I came in and was helped and had thee best service, I am sorry I don’t remember his name that’s why I have 2 stars. The next two times I came in I have had horrible service, I own 5 businesses and have been with Verizon since they bought out the other phone companies. 23 years I have had this account. I could not open my simcard the other day came to the store for help, it took the guy a few tries himself. When I went to turn on my phone he wanted to charge me $29 for wi-fi access. I left angry as I was going to buy more items. All the other Verizon stores have closed down, so Today I came back in to buy 2 samsung S8+5G tablets and an iPad for my businesses. Stood there for almost 10 minutes not one person said hello we will be with you shortly no acknowledgment at all.
I will order online through Samsung. And now we know why all the stores are closing, decent customer service is no longer available these days. You lost a $3,000 sale today.
Verilinda turned a terrible experience into something tolerable. They need to change their check in system so that it’s fair and first come/first serve. Their reservation system doesn’t always log your appointment. We initially were told we had to wait for 3 people to be served before we got our chance because of the check in system. Someone was actually offered an appointment before us that walked in the door as we waited for our chance to “check in” after we’d waited about 20 minutes. Verilinda got to us in a reasonable amount of time. Nate was also GREAT!! Hate that they closed the store on University. It was reasonably busy but not overwhelmingly so like this one is, especially now.
I bought a case/keyboard for my iPad back in January. One of the keys broke and I brought it in to see what they could do. Spencer helped me and was able to get to get everything figured out!
