Of course you should inform about risks and side effects, that the sound makes the music, you apparently didn’t learn it!! Unbelievable! My 75-year-old mother with dementia, who wanted a digital Covid certificate, was sent away with a reference to the online appointment arrangement. A 75 year old woman! Even though she was the only customer present at the time. My mother then went to another pharmacy, where she was treated with respect and her request was promptly complied with.
I am impressed by the great organization. Book an appointment, be there on time and with friendly and competent action on the part of the specialists, the test is done quickly. Results are available within 15 minutes. Although fellow citizens keep getting in the way and don’t want to understand how to stick to the rules. Nobody encounters understanding and friendly faces

Unfortunately, I was never informed that my prescribed medication was also free of charge for me. In another pharmacy I was immediately pointed out. I then asked my health insurance company and they confirmed that I could have gotten the medication for years without having to pay extra. My husband was told that another drug is currently not available. However, other pharmacies were able to order this drug without any problems. When I pointed this out to an employee, they unfortunately became very rude to me.
