- Reviews:My experience there was very pleasant, even though I didn’t take anything with me because the medicine was out of stock. The lady at the counter offered to order it for me, it would be there the same day at 6 p.m. and the whole atmosphere, including among the employees, was very relaxed. Since I would have liked to have the medicine directly, she advised me to ask again in other pharmacies and I could come back by 4 p.m., then ordering would still not be a problem. I had previously gone to a number of other pharmacies to get my medication on prescription because it was nowhere to be found. I was all the happier that the Behring pharmacy wanted to get my medication for the same day. I paid for the medication and was given a collection ticket. When I wanted to pick it up on 12/13/22 (even a day later) I was suddenly told it was not found/ available. I spent almost an hour in the pharmacy and they tried to give me a similar drug, the pharmacy contacted my doctor. He then faxed a new prescription for a similar drug to the pharmacy. Many medications are currently unavailable and I totally understand that. However, what I don’t like is that I was told that I could pick up the medicine the same day and that it would be available. Again and again reference was made to a “different colleague” and an “error in the computer”. If the Behring pharmacy had clearly communicated from the start that my medication was not available, I could have used my time more wisely and called on other pharmacies. It’s also annoying for me that the next step is to go to my doctor, who will issue me a new prescription, which I have to present to the pharmacy again, even though the new prescription was faxed to the pharmacy. I don’t understand this approach. I always happily fill in all the prescriptions for my baby’s special milk every month. And all the medicines we need.
Unfortunately, today I had a very bad experience with this pharmacy and I will not be shopping with them again.
My baby with a fever of 39.5 needed fever juice, which the pharmacy refused to give out without a prescription. Unfortunately I can’t conjure up a recipe on a Saturday, just outrageous and inhuman. Fever juices do not require a prescription either! This pharmacy seems to make its own rules.
In another pharmacy I even got two without a prescription.
Never again !
