- Reviews:I just had a very bad experience with this Verizon store. I arrived at 7:03 and one of the employees was in the store helping a customer. I just wanted to pick an order from the locker it should take less than 2 min and I didn’t want to take his time. I could finish while he was helping the customer there. He had a very rude manner. He started yelling at me “I am not opening the door”. I stood there for 10 min and he kept repeating like that very impolite. I left there although he was still inside the store! I ordered a phone on December 28, 2022 and this Verizon store failed to include my apartment number in the delivery address. I even told them the apartment number and it is also on my driver’s license which I had to show. UPS can’t deliver the phone because the apartment number is missing in the delivery address and I have tried to update the delivery address to include my apartment number and it seems the address can’t be changed due to the senders instructions. Meanwhile it doesn’t come up on the information to give em the option to pick it the phone from UPS and I am without a cell phone. I have in writing that no more charges will be needed when I go in the store They tried to charge me 80 $ additional. THEY opened the phone ( which I have still NEVER had in my possession, then told me it’s a 50$ restocking fee ..YEAH NO …THEY BUMPED THERE HEADS IF THEY THINK I’M PAYING THAT …NOPE ….plus 30 more to transfer the information…SERIOUSLY….eyeyeyeye Then claimed they ” couldn’t help because they are closing, even though I had the on been there almost an hour ( waiting for about 40 mins) The online customer service people assured me the store could and would indeed help me …today ….I can only come on Mondays…. Essentially I wouldn’t have had a phone because of a portting issue, which wasn’t an issue until I got to the store ( it had already been ported online ) . They are clueless ,have a serious attitude problem ,and try to bait and switch and lie to you ……I got a full refund ( trust and believe I didn’t pat that ridiculous fee for a phone they opened and I have never touched ) …. I got scammed with them when I walked in to store to add a line into my account and a “ specialist “ start presenting and encourage me to switch my account to business and take the advantage of its benefits! I trusted him and I did what he recommended but after a few days I found my credit card is getting charged and my bill increased around $150 and I lost all my promotions on my previous plan. It was very disappointing and it’s about two weeks that I’m trying to fix this issue and still not sure where am I. They supposed to discount $800 for new phone. They make me pay $800 plus they took my phone that costs at least $300 and they call it $800 discount. Fantastic service! Henrry was able to untangle the complex problem I was having that even the on-line techs at Verizon could not. He knew what to do and fixed my login issues and connected my new Apple watch in one sitting. I Highly recommend this location. I will be back when it’s time to upgrade my device.

The store manager, Ivan, was tremendous help. I needed assistance with adding internet to my new business. Ivan has outstanding customer service, and patiently waited for me while I put him on hold to help a customer out at my business. He was able to quickly assist me over the phone and provide me with the best deals. 10/10 recommend Verizon for their top notch service!
This is the one of the best Verizon retailer store in Bay Area. I had gone to this store just few minutes before closing on a Saturday night and with so many concerns/issues that needed to be addressed as I was moving from 1) a different career 2) needed a new phone 3)a new wifi connection etc. Jonathan(Jon) was the representative who had helped to resolve all of the issues and made sure my experience with verizon was amazing. A BIG SHOUTOUT TO HIM for showing exceptional customer service and outstanding effort to go above and beyond to help me (he actually stayed like an extra hour even after his shift got over )!! I would absolutely recommend this store for any Verizon related issues (if you guys ever have one????)
