Alyssa spent a long time with an elderly lady (whose first language was not English) helping her in the Jewelry area. I could hear Alyssa conversing with and helping the lady from several aisles away. She was so kind and compassionate to this lady; it seems like it’s a lost art, but Alyssa definitely treated that customer excellent! She treated her how I would want my mother treated in that situation as well as how I’d expect my employees to treat my clients. Eric was so nice and helped me dig looking for a few items. Inventory is always changing and there is always carts of stuff that needs to be stocked in the aisles making the store feel crowded. Staff are generally polite and helpful. I really like this store. Always has unique items. Update May 3rd. Stopped by again. Spent an hour here this time browsing around and looking at the variety of items. Remember, its NOT just a womans store like some people believe, there is something for everyone. Stop by and check them out. Very seldom ever do I leave without a purchase.
So much fun, TJ Max had so many choices. I was really impressed with their cosmetic section. A lot of name brand make up, skin care and hair care. This location had toys, women and kid shoes, swim suits, men clothing and women clothing. They did not have men/boy shoes but a lot of everything else. Women clothes for everyday wear and business casual.
Good selection of Women’s clothing, mens, children & baby, pet, home decor, luggage & travel items, jewelry, shoes, hard to find snacks, fitness, outdoor decor, and much much more. I highly recommend this place. The prices are unbeatable and the quality of goods is fantastic!
Went in for a wallet. Small selection but found one that worked. Overall clean facility, staff friendly and good selection of everything else.
Good selection of dress clothes for men, I’d give 5 stars but they had ZERO shoes for men.
