- Reviews:I love this store! They have pretty much everything not just clothes. All for cheap! It’s clean and the employees are all friendly and quick to help if you need them.By Tamara Love (3 months ago)This store is frequently disappointing. I like to go Ross for organizing things and toys for my son. However, I rarely find things that I’m actually looking for and end up going to TJMaxx or Marshall’s. Also, the line to check out is always crazy and the cashiers seem so mad to be there. Wish there was more selection for clothing as well because the racks are pretty bareBy Alissa Fehr (2 weeks ago)I LOVE Ross SO much because the clothing items are definitely very cheap for what they have. I got a dress and I fell in love with it but thought it would be very expensive, but I got up to the cashier and IT WAS $7.00!! WHAT?!! also, they need bigger backup fitting roomsBy Jordyn Johnson (2 weeks ago)Only one fitting room open while busy… the 2nd room has sign that says fitting room is closed and directs customers to the back of the store for more fitting rooms. When going to the back of the store there are none open and a sign directs customers to the front of the store. I ask employee and inform her that they both say closed and they redirect me to each other, she says no. The front ones are open. I check again. The sign on the closed one in the front says closed and it is locked and unavailable. The only one they have open is occupied. I heard the cashier call someone on the headphone to request the 2nd one be opened. It is beyond ridiculous to have one fitting room when a majority of what you sell is clothing. And it is very awkward to try things on in the front of the store like that. Disappointed the staff I approached first would not address that the sign said it was closed and insisted it was open when it wasn’t. And a busy staff member was the one to notice and call for help after I decided to discard my items I wanted to try on. I ended up leaving.By ackcbp (a month ago)I mean, how do we know for sure that Ross dresses for less? That seems like a personal choice. Maybe Ross wants to dress for more? Maybe Ross doesn’t want to dress at all…(which is slightly illegal)By Andrew Stuehmer (in the last week)

Who don’t love Ross? They have some really good clothes for really good prices. This particular one. The cashier that checked me out was super friendly. Super nice. You don’t always get that at stores so thanks for that
Long lines but it was Christmas time. Things were messy. But that’s expected when you have customers just rummaging through stuff. Employees tried to check out people as fast as they could though. Have to appreciate those who work in retail. It’s hard.
The store workers made me feel less then welcome and we’re very rude to me!! Which really sucks for Ross’s altogether because Ross has a very good franchise that I enjoy shopping at!! Too bad this store in the Northland has very bad customer service!
One of your cashiers refused me service and told me to leave and said you all were “closed” 10 minutes before you actually closed. I work in customer service and just because you want to close early doesn’t mean you can tell customers to leave.
Love, love, love Ross! They are the best on prices and have all name brands, great styles, and something for everyone of every size in your family! My favorite shopping place of all!
