You cannot find anything, everything’s thrown everywhere, not a single associate to help in sight and if you’re lucky enough to get one to help, it comes at a price ( their attitude, holy pumpkin I’ve never seen such a miserable bunch ) unfortunately I’ve had to go here more than once and every time, the store is full of customers, there’s a big line at the register yet they only have 1 or 2 cashiers open. Visited again yesterday on 6/23 just to look around and now it’s become one of my favorite stores overall. 1. Lots of varieties, especially clearance. Make sure to look everywhere since clearance items seems to be everywhere! 2. Staff was very helpful and kind. I found a damaged decor/design book I liked but the price was a lot for a book with a lot of rips. I asked if I can get a discount since it didn’t have a price tag either. The new price tag now says $14.99. They gave 10% off and told me that if I end up not liking it I can return it. Haven’t skimmed thru that book yet but I’ll see if it’s worth keeping. 10/10 recommend! I’ll be bringing others along to shop soon.By Lane RR (11 months ago)Love this Store! The workers are very rude and won’t really help you. They accused my brother of pushing a lady for a coach bag when he didn’t. And when he asked to check the camera they took her word. They are such unprofessional workers here and never again will I set foot in this store. Be careful when shopping here, these worker and even some customers are just something else.
This store has bad customer service !! Especially an associate named tylendo African American lady extremely racist !!
I had gotten a light pink sweeter literally damaged and the register girl asked her if its possible to drop the price down and she literally said tell her to take it home and wash it and come back ! Who tf says that infront of the customer that’s incredibly rudeeee if something is damaged especially black looking it’s obvious you give a sale like tf !! Watch out for this rude racist lady!!!
This store is one you can go in and out when your looking for something cute, dressy, casual or last minute fun gifts. All affordable prices. Love it!
Thank you Marshall’s!!! I made the mistake of wearing the most uncomfortable shoes I own to work. I popped in to view your selection and find comfort, you delivered, I found a very nice pair of shoes that were priced right and extremely comfortable. I have been getting my monies worth daily.
