Sons Xbox controller had stick drift after 3 months. Brought in for replacement. They matched the price, I paid for new Geek Squad and out in 5min. Absolutely terrible that Microsofts warranty is 3 months and I ALWAYS buy GSP from Best Buy because the controller WILL fail. When installing it there were missing parts, a broken clip and it was scratched up pretty bad. I went back and he offered me a single din replacement (sigh). I could only get a refund and they would not get one shipped to them from another store. I’m not normally into themes, however this one caught our eye, we thought it would be fun to go in and check it out. It was happy hour therefore we stepped up to the bar. I have excellent beers on tap, free popcorn and nice bartenders. The ambiance of course as you may have gassed is space like with alien motifs painted or pictured all around. It is more darkened inside to bring out the feeling of space. It’s more a sports bar in the bar section filled with big screen TVs and various sports channels playing.
The restaurant has a center dome that is painted with fluorescent alien and motifs.

Checked into queue via QR code. Easy process. The Apple Rep even offered help while I am waiting a short bit for help! A Geek Squad member while helping another customer grabbed the charger I needed and told me I was next in queue to be ring up. I suggest she gets a raise ASAP because she was very helpful and respectful. You don’t find hard workers like her anymore but on a real note, the whole staff is nice very good environment. Very pleasant visit. 4 stars for the amount of time before being “helped”. We basically had to take care of ourselves. Did however find what we were looking for and a few extra things as well. Clean and organized store. Staff, while slow to attend to us, was knowledgeable and friendly. Would recommend this store.
First off, don’t bother calling this store. There is a store phone number, but I’m not even sure if it’s possible to speak with store associates. Instead, you wait on hold to speak to someone in a call center, so if you have problems with products, or service, you can’t get in touch with store associates whatsoever. After 4 phone calls and literally 40 minutes on hold after being hung up on twice, I was able to leave a voicemail.
Requested the store manager, he was there but he’s too good or too busy to talk to customers having issues so somebody else tried to resolve the issue. After being given a phone number, explaining the issue, the third time being transferred a person was able to resolve the issue. Or so we thought, because the information given was wrong and we were told to go to the store to pick up product that wasn’t even there.
They’ll sell you whatever they want, but provide zero help or any kind of service thereafter. I used to love shopping here, but customer service is non-existent.
I’m incredibly disappointed in this specific store, if only they had real completion in the area perhaps the service wouldn’t be so abysmal.
Solomon helped me to purchase my new Apple iWatch ultra, he was very nice and very easy to work with, very professional and knowledgeable of what he was selling. I would certainly come back to see him for any of my future Apple needs.
Has just about everything you need, in a very large location. The prices can be a bit higher, but most are fairly average. The staff is always very helpful and knowledgeable with the stores product. The environment is relaxed but professional, which makes for a very comfortable shopping experience.
We visited Best Buy on MAR10 DAY and enjoyed some good sales on Mario games! In general, this Best Buy usually has a good selection and staff that may not know every answer, but they try to find things out for you!
