  1. My go-to Starbucks either for dine-in or drive thru. Spacious as it was 2 level cafe compared to starbucks nearest outlet (Shell Seri Alam). Baristas were friendly and helpful when taking order. Expected a longer waiting time for drive-thru especially during promotions but so far service is quite good. Recommended to try green tea cream frappe with choc chip added with caramel drizzle.

  2. I am ADL lover, I drink that coffee almost everyday but sometimes buy it at different outlets. Everytime I bought it at Seri Alam Gravity Green outlet it tastes amazing and perfect! So far I never regret buy it here. Keep it up and thank you! Appreciated 🎀

  3. Nice talking staff and the sunday afternoon not many people. My order is Green Tea frappuccino with pistachio white chocolate, the staff give me lightly sugar on the drink , I love it 🥰

  4. Nice place to have coffee and chill out with friends. Ample sitting place with most of the sitting area near to plug point. The upper floor was close when I visited and was informed that will be open at 1200hrs noon.

    The longest waiting time in a drive thru ive had so far was here. It took so long! The queue was short infact. Once my turn to receive the food the staff dropped my food and frantically asked me to go and wait somewhere infront. Came knocking on my window and shove the paper bag without even saying sorry that he dropped my food earlier. Wow.. that was just rude. I rate this branch as the worst so far.

    Good respond for drive thru. Service may be a little slower. May be due to a couples of few orders inside the cafe. But overall it is good service.

    worst experience ever at starbuck, staff is rude so much. especially that one guy with long hair and makeup, so unpolitely answer my question with his annoying face. the drinks also bad, i order latte with vanila syrup, at the resit i was charged for it but i dont taste any syrup in my drinks. dont come here again, buy at other starbuck. this starbuck worst ever in malaysia. management pls see this starbuck bayu senibong, rude staff ever.

    One of a cozy Starbucks I love. And I found a good coffee maker who’s name Fariq, the coffee he make really make my day, and the way he talk to customer is politely and professional, work efficiently, Starbucks spirit! Spacious dining area, even peak hours we still can get a cozy coffee area. One thing I don’t like is, close too early, management may consider 24/7. Will return again, definitely.
