    I had a major water leak in my home. I called and was told a plumber would contact me and be in my home in a few hours. No one called back. So I called again, gave the details again, and was told “Yep, you’re scheduled. No one called you?” So, the dispatcher said “I’ll get someone there soon. He’ll call you soon.” That was mid-day Saturday. It’s now Monday morning. No one ever called or came to my home. Pitiful. Pitiful. If won’t come, then say so. I’ll make other arrangements. And I just did. Did I mention pitiful ? Yep, pitiful. This outfit apparently does not have any plumber employees. They call self-employed plumbers and dispatch them. That business model apparently has problems. PITIFUL !!!

    1st, I must say the service tech did a fantastic job~efficient and quick repairing a line to a gas stove. However, the bill I received did not reflect the information I was given over the phone when I made the appointment as a 1st time customer. I called the office to explain that the charges were inconsistent and asked for an explanation. I was not requesting a change in the billing. I was not complaining about the work. I simply wanted the charges clarified. I was told that NO one would have given me the pricing information I was given, etc. etc. I explained that I most certainly WAS given a particular quote ( as I had been on the call, not him). And, suggested he clarify his pricing with whoever schedules the company’s appointments as they are not providing accurate prices according to the bill I received. This guy was absolutely rude and disrespectful and could use some retraining in customer service. Be careful when calling out this service. They charge you $79 to drive to your house before they start charging you by the hour and for parts.

    I was extremely happy with the service including the plumber who took care of our pump replacement. The only complaint I had was the final price. I know that inflation has increased the price of everything, so it may not be a legitimate concern for them specifically.

    We had to get a new hot water heater, turned into in all day job due to no one’s fault. A lot of things had to be replaced, Cody Floyd was vary professional and timely when he arrived. Josh Archambeau showed up to help and he was also vary professional. They both were vary polite and considerate. We will be regulars with Brown plumbing as we remodel our new home.     These guys came over and not only solved the issue immediately, but also helped me understand why the issue is occurring. I was literally shown a picture of the problem using cameras in the sewer lines. Joe clearly described multiple options for a more permanent solution. Super friendly, extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend… I will be using Brown plumbing for any and all plumbing and heating needs from now till the end of time.

    Honestly, they are a Christmas miracle. Our water heater broke the night of record cold temperatures. The next morning, I called about a replacement and the woman I spoke with gave me the pricing right then and had someone out within ten minutes of calling. Two hours later, had a brand new water heater. Five stars isn’t enough. Ten stars, hands down. We will be giving them our business from here on out!
