Last time guy came to do a repair, took sink apart and found out he had the wrong parts and then could no put the sink back together. They sent someone out who wanted to try the least invasive method first, which we were fine with. Fast forward to March 2023, we have the same issue. My wife immediately called and left a message explaining that we were previous customers and we are having the same issue. We received no call back. I call the company and explain that my wife left a message and the response from the receptionist was that because my wife’s name was not in their system, she wasn’t going to return the call. A simple return call to confirm information would have cleared this issue up. Another company came in and immediately tried to upsell me to an $18,000 new unit when this one was only used for four years max. From the moment I contacted Messina they went out of their way to quickly respond and triage the problem which was a blower motor. Unfortunately, they said the part was expected in two to three weeks so I would have to wait. They then called me back in less than a week and said they were able to get the part in quicker and were at my house the very next morning. All fixed and all cool! I really respect the communication, honesty and care that they have shown our family. Chris was a very understanding and professional on the assessment and estimate appointment with us. He thoroughly went over all the options and discussed in detail the different options. We came to an agreement on the best course of action and scheduled our install for our new water heater. Amazing interaction.
Chris was on time in the day of installation. Was very professional.
He even refused to stop for lunch even at my insistence to do so.
The final result is clean and I am very satisfied. (The area he had to work with limited the options if running the lines)
He even helped me out and fixed my shotty job of replacing our washer hook up lines.
This company was my 3rd phone call for a busted pipe in my home. I promise you they will be my first phone call if I ever need plumbing again. From the receptionist to the plumber they were all professional, down to earth, knowledgeable, and quick! The receptionist was the one who told me how to turn off the water in my home (yes I’m clueless when it comes to repairs on anything). She really eased my anxiety while the water is gushing out of the pipe onto my floor. She took my name and number and told me they will contact me when they are 20 minutes away. About 2 hours later I have gotten the phone call and they were here. He got right to work and figured out the problem right away. Gave me an estimate then got right to work. Highly recommend these people!
WONDERFUL SERVICE GUY. BUT. terrible,and I mean TERRIBLE prices. They charged almost $600 just for a water heater vent pipe that was EASILY accessible in a basement, less than 30$ worth of supplies,and took literally half an hour and that included him having to go get a part from the shop. You can get a brand new hot water heater for less. Unfortunately my client wanted was in a pinch and needed it done to not lose out on the closing of their new house, so I actually paid it for them to keep the deal together. Had there been more time, even just one more day, I would have just replaced it with a brand new water heater from lowes or HD for the same if not less price. But again, the service guy was wonderful.
Also worth noting, they didn’t honor their websites coupon, which I thought was a bit shady. I hate to leave negative reviews,but the prices are absurd.
I have my new faucet installed and they also put a pipe they charged me all in all $800 then I told them I can’t afford it they lower it to $715 and the work was quick it’s 45 min
We had excellent service from this company. Sean was not only professional but personable and knowledgeable. He didn’t try to upsell on things we didn’t need and gave us tips to prevent future problems. Would highly recommend and use again!
