- Reviews:Company was quick to arrive and adequately cleared the drain. However they left such a mess that I could never recommend them to anybody. They didn’t wipe the mud from their boots when they walked through my house, but that was the least of my worries. After attempting to clear a bathroom drain unsuccessfully (and leaving a mess under the sink and on the floor), they went down to the basement to cut a section of my drain pipe for better access. Why they didn’t think to have a bucket underneath the pipe as they were cutting it is beyond me. But the result was black sludgey drain water on my wall and basement floor. When they were finished up and I asked if they would clean up after themselves I was told that no – they don’t clean up their mess. They said that they have too much equipment on the truck to fit anything to help them with cleaning. So while my drain was unclogged I had to spend my afternoon mopping up standing sludge water and wiping down my walls. Then cleaning my bathroom and hallways upstairs. Called on a Saturday and Jeff took the time to talk to me about what was going on, quoted the price over the phone (which was exactly what I paid!), and said he could be out by Monday afternoon. Jeff and Greg arrived by 11am, cleared the sewer line, left me with root killer for no extra cost, and even gave me some insurance tips since i’m a first time home owner. The first went to voicemail, the second couldn’t come out until next week, and the third quoted a price that ended up being three times as much as what Milw Drain Cleaning charged. When I called Milw Drain Cleaning, they immediately picked up, quoted a reasonable price, and offered to come out the same day. They ended up arriving in two hours. They were professional, helpful, and kind throughout the entire repair. Within 20 minutes, the leak was fixed and everything was back to normal. They will definitely be my first call going forward. We initially had to make an appointment one week out, but were able to be added to their cancellation list. Lucky for us, someone cancelled the very next day and so Wrigley and Isiah promptly came out to check out our toilet. A replacement was recommended instead of repair, and they explained the process and helped us choose a new toilet. From start to finish, it took less than two hours. The final price was reasonable and even less than initially quoted once they saw what kind of model we needed. I called Rozga plumbing for a clogged bathroom sink drain. Jason W and Andrew S arrived at the start of the given time slot, calling before they arrived to make sure I was home. They were able to quickly identify the problem and discussed the options to fix the problem and were also honest regarding items that didn’t need repair. After completing the job they throughly tested the sink to make sure there were no leaks or other problems, and wiped down the area they worked around after. I was then presented with an easy to understand itemized bill that made me 100% comfortable in knowing I got exactly what I paid for. I would not hesitate to use Rozga again for any future plumbing needs.
I would highly recommend Rozga Plumbing. They were very responsive and the technician Ray N. was knowledgable and professional. Rozga was able to set up the appointment for me within one business day. Ray was on time and began the work without delay. Within two hours I had the new water heater installed and the failing one removed. Ray answered my questions and cleaned up after he was done.
I was referred to Rozga by a friend. I had a major job to do in my basement and Rozga was amazing! Especially Eric K he has come to my property a couple times. He is absolutely amazing. Great dude with a wealth of knowledge. If I ever need work done again I will only use Eric…With him were two other wonderful guys Ray N and Evan A. They helped Eric on the 3 day job I had to get done. All 3 did a bang up job.
On the coldest night of 2022 on the eve of Christmas weekend, my sump pump discharge line froze, and in the morning Angie returned my call amid literally dozens of others and cheerfully booked an appointment two days out for Monday (since I had the means to keep up with it in the meantime). Monday morning she called back to confirm that I still needed the appointment, gave me the name of the plumber who’d be doing the work and and confirmed the appointment time. Two hours before the appointment, Eric called to say he was running ahead of schedule and asked if he could start early. 30 minutes later, he arrived, and by the time the middle of the window he was supposed to arrive in rolled around, Eric was done and I have a new discharge pipe that water drains out of completely for the entire length it’s outside the house and suggestions from him for things to follow up with to ensure that this never happens again, even if it DOES get to -15°F again. Both employees were helpful, friendly and above all quick and competent.
I have had Rozga Plumbing out for multiple jobs. Every single job was completed professionally with utmost excellence. Today; they installed a battery backup for my sump pump. It’s very nice to have the security in place to avoid terrible damage to my finished basement along with the furnace, water heater, washer and dryer. They are the very best!
