That’s a $150-$200 part and is 15-30 minutes of labor. He had excellent reviews so I called. He fit me in the next day and was able to fix a difficult leak in no time and checked my other sprinklers and repaired the broken ones! I was charged $155 for putting in four braces to brace the pipe. The technician said that the valve box did not need replacing. The rattling did not improve at all. Then, another technician came out a couple days later and showed me why the valve box DID need replacing. I paid nearly 4x the price of the first visit. I thought everything was repaired, but then the pipe behind the valve box broke within a week. Again, I got a significant charge. ALL I ASKED WAS THAT THEY REFUND THE MONEY FROM THE FIRST VISIT WHEN INACCURATE INFORMATION WAS GIVEN AND NO REPAIR WAS DONE. This company refused to do this. So, I paid $155 for four brackets. I had a broken sprinkler head, but what I wanted more than anything was just an overall tune-up. They spotted several issues and checked with me before working on any of them. I thought the price was fair. Side note: This wasn’t an issue for me, but I think they should make it clear whether they are sending one or two people because they do bill you per hour, per person. Jeremy was great! He did a good job and was attentive and tried to keep everything as clean as possible. My kitchen sink became completely clogged on Christmas Eve Roto Rooter sent someone within an hour and fixed my problem easily. It was great.

Needed a look at my sewer pipe to the street, their technician Kaleb came out late Thursday after calling dispatch an hour and a half beforehand. He had enough knowledge and know how to determine that I didn’t need any major services. He checked the line for any damages or settling, my house is 70+ years old, and confirmed it was good. It was the first look we have had at our sewer since we moved in 5 years ago. I saved a few bucks from what I was originally quoted too, another outstanding demonstration of customer service.
Amazing employees who interact with the customer are the spine of businesses. Nick (Nicholas) the technician was a pleasure to work with. I had a quote the day before from a different company that was slightly cheaper, but was totally turned off by the sleazy predatory nature of the tech and his sales tactics, so I sent that company on its way. I’m thankful there are good humans out there to make tough times more tolerable !
