    After ordering in drive-true the worker at the window had no clue how the tims app worked, after receiving the drinks the order was not correct. I asked for a TT with milk but I was given cream instead. After returning to the tims to have my coffee fixed I faced the same issue as before and there were coffee grounds in my coffee that I was ingesting. I then had to return to the location for a refund. I will not return to this location.

    Went through Drive Thru. The workers use a black tray to hand you what you ordered. The workers being very ignorant hit my car door. And its not just the first time it happened it happened multiple times. Pure disgusting wont be going through drive thru ever again! Unless you want your car door scratched/ damaged please go there! Just ignorant workers who don’t CARE. Very PATHETIC

    Ordered a BLT at the drive thru. Several KMs later, I opened the bag to find a bun with bacon and mayo on it. No lettuce, no tomato. Come in now, it can’t be THAT hard? I mean, the ingredients are *right* in the name “BLT”. Who orders just a “B”??? Waste of time and money.

    Food is always rushed, Tim Hortons is now about speed of service over quality of food. Often times food is made wrong, donuts are cold (like out of a fridge?) and coffee is subpar

    Tim Hortons has really gone down hill since it became American. This particular location has had issues with its washrooms being closed constantly and with excessive lines at the drive thru

    Hello, we waited in store for 10 mins and no staff even looked at us. All they cared were the drive-through. Are we not the customers? We even waved and loudly said hello at them and they treated us as air. The worst Tims experience ever!

    Terrible service, the staff didn’t look at me when giving the coffee. Besides, the coffee I bought, one hot and one coldbrew, were over roasted and they tasted so bad.

    Very slow service. Gave them a 2 star instead of a 1 star rating because the lady behind the counter was pleasant to deal with. I ordered a small coffee and bagel. No issues with the food.
