  1. I was disappointed in the lack of care for their behavior. I was burned by their carelessness and spilled coffee all over myself. The picture will show what I mean. At first the coffee kept spilling as you can see on the side of the cup and burning my fingers, I figure it was because of double cupping and when I tried to see the lid slipped off and spilled very hot coffee all over me. You see why the lid dis not stay in the picture.

  2. Why is it that every other Tim hortons in the Comox Valley can pack a Skip The dishes order properly and this one can’t ??? How hard is it to get the proper paper bags and package everything the way it’s supposed to be like every other restaurant in the Comox Valley?

    The worst bagel I’ve ever had, I didn’t realize he was making my order, but he toasted my bagels, buttered them then wrapped them up – only to (a few orders later) seemingly realize they were supposed to have cream cheese and finally give them too me. They were all ice cold by the time I got my order and as I said, the worst bagels I’ve ever had.

    Ordered a bowl to take home only to find out that the “salad” part was just lettuce. Where were my tomatoes and cucumbers? Called then right away and the girl insisted she gave me the rest. I said I’m looking at it right now and there’s nothing but lettuce. What a disappointment! Will not go to this Tims again. Nothing but problems when I go there.

    Ryan rd Tim Hortons drive through. . . . Its a joke it is push push push practically throw your coffee at you while your putting away your card. . . Faking their times by not entering orders till their already built. Oh and any coffee I get from them i have to stir myself cause they dont, This place has become a joke!

    No drive thru non-exsistent service. Went in and stood at the counter for several minutes and wasnt so much as acknowledged. The store was nearly entirely empty and the two women working there behind the counter blatantly ignored me while the conversed. As someone who has worked in customer service a long time to not, AT LEAST, tell your only customer that you need a minute to get to them abysmal.

    The new staff are rude. I went through the drive through and when I got to the window the employee didn’t say one thing to me. I constantly get ignored when im there, they forget about orders or just dont care how the orders are prepaired, i have had cold food multiple times, the list goes on…I know my review won’t change much but I really don’t suggest this place
