- Reviews:My wife had no toilet paper in the bathroom. Otherwise a typical Tim Hortons with typical service. I was served immediately and the coffee was fresh and tasted as it should. This location lost a star because of the toilet paper situation. When my wife informed the person serving us. Got a couple coffees, peanut butter cookie and a blueberry muffin. No issues coffee was made to order and the line was quick.
Went to drive thru at about 1:30 am.
The young girl was unintelligent and seemed to not believe I wanted the items I ordered and asked me if I was sure about each item.
I waited three minutes at the window for her to make 2 coffees and grab one donut. I held my rewards card for her to scan and she just looked at me like an inquisitive puppy until I asked if she was going to scan my card. Then I informed her that I would pay via tap and she looked at me like she didn’t believe me.
Its highly possible this employee was impaired in some way.
I ordered a coffee and bagel .. and got a corsont with egg and bacon and chesse
When calling location I was told they weren’t replacing it and told me if I showed up at the store they would have me removed from property 🙃 what great customer service on Donna’s end … so proud to say I work for Tim Hortons 😔 so disappointed 😞
Raising prices yet again! The food and service at this location has gone straight downhill! Wait times increased, quality of product hasn’t change or gotten worst! You should be ashamed of yourself! Today was my last visit at this location after 20 years! I’ll be going to your competition where at least the prices are in line with the quality of service and product they serve. Just wondering if they switched owners or the existing one just doesn’t care anymore.
Other Tim Horton locations offered the “Smile” Chocolate Chip cookie as an option for a Breakfast Combo. The owner of this location was flat out uncompromising in allowing me the same. Although I understood her point of view, she could have at least tried to offer an alternative option. I was willing to buy the cookie separately, but her attitude was so poor that I didn’t even get the opportunity to do so. Most Tim locations have been great over all these years, so there are no major complaints overall. ☺️
