  1. Asked for a Ice coffee without no cream, no sugar and no ice. This is what i get! Half cup of coffee mentioning that they have to maintain the line if customer ask for no ice. I mean i asked for no sugar no cream as well so, should i get discount for not getting that? Then why should i get a discount in quantity if asked for no ice.

    Just Ridiculous, such a bad business practice by the manager or owner.
    Never going back to this location. To all who go to this location please ask for lots of ice otherwise they are gonna give you nothing much then air.

  2. The hot chocolate beverage from this location has been a disaster every time since past 5-7 months. Every time I order in the hope that they might have fixed the issue and I might get a better beverage but I’m disappointed each time. Its consistently watery without any cocoa flavour and not up to the TH standards. I complained a couple of times but each time they simply replace my drink with a new drink from the same machine which is exactly why I asked to replace at the first place. I’m sick and tired of it but don’t have other options around the city because this one’s open 24/7. Please fix your machine or fix your process. Consider adding manually a couple of spoons of cocoa powder to the beverage so it at least tastes like the real thing. . Frustrated neighbour.

  3. Attempted to use the app, which has previously illegally stored location data without consent. Besides, it’s buggy and frequently dysfunctional issues, it’s clear that Tim Hortons is being milked for all. It’s canadiana is worth by people who have no interest in maintaining a quality brand.

    My cream cheese with garlic bagel tasted all right though. Cost about $4 bucks.

  5. Staff are friendly and efficient. The store is quite busy given the area. Some “interesting” characters were hanging about….but, otherwise, all was good.

    ordered a bagel with cream cheese, waited about 15 mins. had to ask someone where my food was because everyone behind me was getting their food before me. they slapped it together in two seconds, put the saddest tiniest bit of cheese cheese on one side, the other side BARE and didn’t even cut it. she look p*ssed when she handed it to me, not even in a bag just poorly wrapped. anyways literally the worst tims out there for service and quality.

    Worst tims experience. Always serves expired coffee and food. No one will care even if you complain, Decided to buy my own coffee machine Instead of visiting this store. Never gonna look into this store again.

    Servers cannot seem to follow simple instructions. All I ordered was a bagel, 4x extra toasted, with margarine on the side. What I got was a barely toasted bagel with margarine slathered on it! Soggy, dripping with grease. GROSS!

    3rd time in a week there are no bake goods or bagels at 1130pm. Terrible management of this store. Also every Extra Large coffee cup has leaked around the rim. EDIT: about a year later, this is still THE WORST Tim Hortons around. No milk alternatives and no cookies at 2 in the afternoon.

    Service is mediocre. The washrooms seem to be dirty at any time of day. The staff are friendly and respectful. The food is quite good especially the Turkey Club. I have been going to this location for over 15 years. I would still recommend this restaurant but be aware of it’s shortcomings and adjust your expectations.

    Just a nice spot debit to your coffee and sit back and relax well I tell you the best thing I like they’re issued for cheese bagel toasted with butter and the service is great staff is lovely just just makes my day

    Food is great. drove through yesterday to get a 10 pack of Timbits but was only given 5 and couldn’t get the rest, service is sufficient but not outstanding. Ate it in my car so the atmosphere was phenomenal.

    One of the worst in the city. Consistently are our of staple items. Once was told they were sold out of doughnuts 5 pm at night even tho they are a 24 hour location. If it’s not food then they have issues with their system more than handful of times. Making me lose out on points as well as not being able to use coupons.

    They mess with my delivery order quite often. Today I ordered large cream of broccoli soup but they ended up sending me bacon soup most probably. I also found their food quality less than Tims standards sometimes. I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone
