I get home thinking nothing would be wrong, because why would it be? Go to open it and eleven of them are birthday cake. I get to enjoy 8 chocolate ones and a plain one. Why is plain even a thing they aren’t great either. Nobody listens behind the counter so they just guess your order. Theres an older employee that works mornings who is always unpleasent to customers and worse fellow employees. This morning while grabbing my coffee she was raising her voice about an employee who mixed up milk and creamer on accident. All customers in the store were obviously uncomfortable as well as the employees were embarassed/ uncomfortable. - Reviews:They often close early so don’t count on it being open till it says. I’ve stopped getting double doubles here as it’s very inconsistent and often doesn’t taste very good. OMG, melt in your mouth good…wished I got ten. Ordered the same two Tim Bits in my home town; sickly sweet and not fresh. Next visit to Campbell River, I went back to Tim Hortons Merecroft Village mall, had two sour cream Tim Bits, and again, perfection. I told Katie, who served me, how I specifically stopped at this Tim Hortons hoping it wasn’t just a fluke. She said, no fluke, that’s Lance, he insists on excellence in his baking. Well, it shows!!! Thank you so much for insisting on excellence. The food is excellent, the store is clean and the staff are friendly. Was annoyed that there was literally next to no caramel in our premium donuts!!! Staff were annoyed when I used my points card an asked for my hot water in a To go cup an not their mug! My cheese tea biscuit was nice an my friends tea was good.
A nice, tidy Tim’s attached to a Wendy’s which is convenient.
Its getting expensive now and service is hit or miss even the food quality is a miss a-lot of times. Still thankful for getting my coffee there tho.
busy but rly fast drive thru, 3 wraps were ready to go despite a long line
Food is ok. Service is ok. Too many homeless people in there now making themselves at home I no longer feel comfortable taking my kids in.
