  1. i live next door to this tims and go about 3-4 times a week. the coffee is fine (its the only reason i go) but any time you order food, they get the order wrong about 1/3 of the time. Part of the problem is that the owners fail to hire older ppl to show the young workers what good customer service looks like–speed, accuracy, and being polite. The kids cant learn if nobody shows them!! Ive been currently seated beside the “sandwich corner” for 30 minutes, and over 30% of the people are coming back, saying stuff like “you forgot the bacon-i paid for bacon”, “you didnt toast my bagel, i asked for it toasted”, “you forgot my potatoes”, etc etc etc. The kid cashiers arent putting in all the info, and/or the sandwich kid isnt reading the screen. my order of toasted bagel with cream cheese and jam had butter (i didnt ask for butter) and the jam was everywhere on the wrapping and the outside of the bagel, almost none inside! it took over ten minutes to get this simple order….. its been like this for years now. When will they start recruiting some older experienced workers?? (They do, in fact, have one older lady at the drive-thru during the week, and she is a DREAM!! Smiles, jokes, speed, accuracy–give this woman a RAISE.)

    Monday morning and the wait was horrific! The lineup is out the door, even the drive-thru is backed up around the building. Food is good but the wait just killed me. Also they ran out of hashbrowns so I got a donut given to me instead, how nice. These employees need to learn how to move faster! I am not happy, nor is anyone else here right now.

    Don’t go there on the weekend, you’ll wait forever (if you have what you ordered)… And I’m not just complaining, I’m living 5min. walk from there and went there for years but it’s just not worth it anymore at this location and especially the weekend.

    We waited to be served for thirty minutes in a short line, and when we ordered two simple medium coffees we were told they had already run out of regular coffee by noon and had only decaf. A coffee chain without caffeine = enough said.

    Worst Tims experience of my life. They were out of large cups and strawberry syrup. Waited around for 15 minutes and they never even started to make my drinks until I begged them to. I ended up having to pay large price for small drinks—and not even the kind of drink I ordered in the first place.

    Glad I used the bathroom before ordering. The toilet tank cover was missing, the toilet paper was just a roll on top of the dispenser, and the toilet was crusted in scum. When I went to get soap, it was empty. Cannot possibly think of a more prescriptive reason to not eat somewhere.

    The quality is just dropping every visit. Used to be my go to place for quick coffee but now I prefer McDonald to Tim. Service isn’t stable neither. Somedays I can have my iced cap under 2 minutes other days I have to wait really long to get a slushy product looking like mud and barely taste anything.

    The service was friendly, but the food was so-so. Weird, that in the same chain food can taste differently. The same for coffee – we’ve ordered dark roast, but it had a weird taste. But Tim’s experience could worse.))))))

    Ordered 2 coffees and 2 bagels with cream cheese They are very cheap on the cream cheese. You get the equivalent of a tablespoon for an entire bagel.
