in the last weekPlaced a grocery order they substituted items with horrible substitutes. They didn’t list the substitutes in the system so it showed up as if they got the correct items they didn’t they missed several of my items from my order. I waited 30 minutes for my order to be dispensed to me, I was the only car for 20 of those minutes. This is specifically on the pick up department . This is my first time at this location I love Kroger but this one needs help and a re-evaluation of this departmenta week agoIt’s Saturday at 630 pm , and the lines are down the aisle again. Half the u scans on one side and one working working one lane . Make it make sense because I almost left everything in the cart and walked outa month agoI had an absolutely outstanding customer service experience with Yolanda at the bakery! Yolanda’s kindness and sweet demeanor truly stood out, making the entire experience not just efficient but also enjoyable. If you read this — Thank you Yolanda for providing top-notch customer service. It’s rare to come across such exemplary service, and I’m genuinely thankful for the delightful experience you provided. ***Kudos to Yolanda at the bakery for fostering a culture of exceptional customer care. I’m confident that anyone who interacts with Yolanda will be just as impressed as I was.a week agoWhat is going on with this store? Out of multiple items every time I go there. Whoever is ordering products needs to do better. Quality overall is down. What a shame.3 months agoEverything I was looking for was available . Despise the self serve conveyor register . Had to walk to the groceries twice because said the belt was full. Then have to walk down again to bag. At least at the regular self serve you can bag as you go. Much more efficient.

By far the grossest store I’ve been to in a long time.
The employees looked strung out and are very unprofessional. I’m glad my children weren’t with me.
Now let’s talk about the cleanliness, or lack of. The store was filthy. I mean gross. I was so hesitant to even put my groceries on the belt.. Shame on the manager for allowing the store to get like that.
I will not shop here again in the future.
I left two bags at self check out. 100% my own fault. So I called customer service and spoke with the woman at the desk, told her what happened. I let her know there were refrigerated items and could the bags please be taken to a cooler area. She assured me they already were and to come up when convenient. I came up 20 minutes later and the bags were still sitting at self check out. The cashier there told her she didn’t even check the contents and to fry a refund at CS. The line was 7 people deep so of course I didn’t bother. But why lie on the first place? I wouldn’t have rushed back up had I known they were lot going to bother in the first place.
I’m here several times a week because its the only close option. 17 registers with 2 attendants consistently is not enough (12 of which are self checkout). At this rate I’ll open my own store next door, we’re already doing the work ourselves anyway! ????????
Self checkout of a 200 dollar order, because the 2 open cashier lanes are beyond excessively long, is ridiculous. If kroger wants to encourage self checkout, figure out a way to do it with larger orders that is practical. Right now, it is a nightmare with full bags; balancing, reaching, stretching and trying to figure out where to put them after scanned. It is insane to expect people, with busy lives, to come several times a week for groceries to accommodate the 4 bag slots available at self check out. Please redesign your self check out, or, an easier solution, open up more cashier lanes.
The Kroger by me is in a great location. Plenty of parking for you. They have handicap parking, and scooters if you need it. They have good deals and I don’t have to wait in line a long time. I use the pharmacy to and they are great!
