a week agoI LOVE this Kroger! This is my favorite Kroger! The Store itself is beautiful and well-decorated. I haven’t had to have many interactions with the Staff, but one deli employee I had, ( I’m pretty sure his name was Tom) Was very kind and cut the meat very well. I love going here on Friday Nights. There is a live band playing at the bar and It’s so fun and pleasant to hear while shopping. They have a ton of products and great Seasonal decorations. I love this store and will go here for all of my grocery shopping. GodBless and have an amazing day!4 weeks agoWe just left in the pouring rain and the sweetest Kroger employee, Gabby, loaned her umbrella to my husband to go get the car while I waited inside. She went the extra mile and Kroger is lucky to have her. Thank you Gabby! You are awesome!4 months agoThis used to be my favorite Kroger until today. I was in the self checkout lane and the line was big. I had a cart full and people were behind me so I was scanning things quickly. The attendant walked up to me and said “I saw what you did there” and shook her head as if I was attempting to steal !! After showing her that the ASPARAGUS in question was in fact rang up, she said she was just trying to help. Really embarrassing honestly. Been coming here since this location opened but won’t be back.3 months agoThey still do not stock red delicious apples, so I’ll be back to shopping at other stores since Kroger can’t stock a popular, well known item. Since I found out they will only be doing digital grocery ads in the future, it’s another reason I’ll stop shopping there. Also, you have to look through all the digital coupons to load the weekly digital deals. If you purchase any marked down meat item, make sure you are charged the sale price. I have had to return so many times to get money owed me because they charged me the original, not the sale price.2 months agoThough most Kroger locations are pretty busy, never really had a problem waiting more than 2 minutes to check out. Also, shopping while they stock shelves can be cumbersome.

2 months agoKelly at the check stand was awesome. It was pretty annoying that she and I had to bag groceries while two young guys just watched us and talked. Kelly didn’t complain at all, but the young guys should have helped when they saw a customer bagging and they weren’t doing anything.a year agoReally kroger? 2 checkouts on a Saturday morning. Despite record profits kroger wants you to check out your own groceries so they can save a fee dollars. They have lost their way and have allowed corporate greed to blind them. Sometime what looks good on paper is in reality working against you. Also there plastic bags which I found out are now made in house are complete garbage. I have included pictures. Had to throw about half the bags away or triple bag to keep my groceries from falling out.5 years agoGreat store! Very nice, well light, and clean.5 months agoUpdating review, your deli department staff could use a little lesson on customer service. Very rude. I shop here frequently. It was early in the morning and because she had to stop what she was doing she was irritated with me. Customers come first.a year agoAlways check your dates and prices they get it wrong a lot. Make sure they don’t give you someone else’s groceries. 4 years later they are still ripping off customers with expired shelf stickers and the employees & managers do not care. This sticker expired 3/8/2022 it was still on the item 3/23/22 plus there was a 30 cent increase in the regular price $3.59 now.

Quality food at decent prices. However, something always out of stock. Rstock5 and empty carts often blocking aisles. Employees filling online orders block aisles. Friendly employees.

Go ANYWHERE else but here.

Prices are high unless you specifically download their app to retrieve coupons.
Deli salads look old –
I requested the healthy vegan salad that they carry..
Rotten smell.. YUCK !
One register open on Friday evening.

Imagine ever having enough cashiers. Absolutely could not be this Kroger. This is my normal weekly Kroger and at this point it doesn’t matter what day or time I go, I know I have to budget an extra 15 minutes to stand in line. 10/10 cost cutting strategy, cause it’s not like I can’t buy groceries.
Alright place to shop but horrible place to work!
All the mangers are bad. They don’t respect your availability and they are all rude. There are many other good places to work in the area. NEVER WORK THERE
7 minutes before 11PM and a worker there didn’t let me get in for two products I needed in an emergency. If the schedule says 11PM let people get in there. Otherwise, change it to 10:50PM do not lie through Google.
