What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. I love Kroger stores! This is another great store location to shop! Well-organized, clean and friendly staff! I took my time browsing the whole store and didn’t find any expired food! Plenty of ready-to-go meals! Employees at the sushi and meat department were very helpful! I will be shopping here again!

  2. The bakery staff made me the cutest cake! After not finding what I wanted in the book I spoke with them and they could make me just what I was looking for. I supplied some decor and they did the rest. Turned out super cute and tasted great! Also a very very good price!

  3. Always a good variety but I swear the Asian section is always out of something so if you see it – GET 2. Staff is very helpful in the meat section. I didn’t know where to find something and the gentleman was kind enough to find me the correct area so I could get an ingredient for my recipe.

  4. Well I can’t really agree with the 4.3 stars today. I went in to purchase six items and they were sold out of five of the items. In addition they only had the self checkout lanes open and there were six of them and I was about number 15 in line. The checkout process took forever. Maybe they can improve next time

  5. It’s convenient but I prefer the Kroger in NRH, off of N Tarrant and Davis Blvd, it’s stocked better, overall selection is better and the produce staff is very accommodating at that location.
Unfortunately this location is the exact opposite.
The older gen working in the deli are very pleasant and overall a delight to order from but the younger gen, they they are rude, dismissive and act like you are bugging them. Most of the cashiers ( which is 2 if you’re lucky) are pleasant and helpful. There is usually 2 lanes open for full checkout during peak times. The baggers are hit or miss, often times I bag my own to make it go faster. If you do happen to get in 1 of the lines that does have a bagger, I hope you’re not picky about how your groceries are packed because in my opinion Kroger gives no training on how to pack a grocery bag, it’s a hot mess! Kroger really needs to spend some $ on training their baggers and stocking the items they advertise for sale.

Today we went to Kroger s and there were no baskets available. So as we’re walking around looking for one. We saw more around with trash inside . Then we saw an employee my asked him.. His reply was with a rude response. He said no there was no more. He could took the time and take the trash out and offer it to customers. The cashier were friendly and helpful. Fast and accurate. Where I work at the Dollar general we always put our customers first. If we ever came across this situation we would always make sure that our customers had a cart. We would go out of our way.

Parking lot is a disaster and there are frequent homeless/druggies floating around, fine, but the front of the store smells like rotten trash, always has. From the front door to the small produce section it just smells rotten.

Aisles are very skinny and meat is often priced above average, although their meat sales can’t be beat which is why I stop by from time to time. Cashiers are always friendly. I know I’ve left a review about the smell before, but it seems to be gone now, so removed a star to compensate.

The location is clean and perfect to get everything you need for dinner and Charlie is very helpful and knowledgeable as well as Courtney Thompson… they’re great.. only downside is that the bank closes early, or 28 minutes before 5pm

I don’t usually shop in store but when I do I like that when I ask where an item is that I’m not just told where it is but I’m also shown. I appreciate this. Sometimes the lines are wrapped long into the aisles so I will decide to go to another store but I like that I can clearly see this upon entering the store. I recently began ordering pick up groceries here and I receive excellent communication and customer service. I wish there was a Kroger gas station close by so I can use my gas points. The Shell gas stations in the areas machine seems to be like the ice cream machine at McDonald’s rarely working. 😂 I’m also unable to redeem more than 100 points at a time using Shell. If there were another way to redeem points that would be great and make loyalty easier.

This kroger is very convenient for me and my family. Our car is in the shop, so when we need to do basic grocery shopping, we have to walk there. It’s always clean, and well staffed typically. I’ve only had 1 problem when it came to an employee, but it wasn’t bad enough to report, I also haven’t seen this young lady at the self check out in awhile. The homelessness is a problem, but it’s not their fault for it other than what they can legally do.

Excellent store and shopping experience. Everyone is helpful and prices are good. They work hard to keep the place stocked. The pickup area is clean, organized and the employees respectful and courteous. Shout out to Enrique. You’re pleasant attitude and humbleness is awesome. You always greet everyone and go above and beyond to help. Thank you.

The staff is super helpful and the store is clean. That being said, I can never find what I am looking for, it is super frustrating. It’s a large store and the layout is anything but intuitive. Make sure you have plenty of time to shop and definitely ask the super helpful staff when you can’t find items.

Fantastic store! Huge selection with very accessible parking. This stores is always clean and the workers are alway very nice. It pays to keep up on sales as sometime the prices are slightly higher on items than other stores. But with the right deals. It all evens out in the end.

I frequent this store. Typically have items in stock. Produce is okay. Went tonight and there were zero cashiers working. More times than not only 1 lane open and also have to bag your own groceries and they rush you to do it.

I was trying to check out about $300 dollars worth of groceries and they had all lanes closed with an hour and a half left until close. 4 employees and the manager were just standing around and began moving my bags to get to their drawers while I was in self checkout struggling to check out about 50 items. Three female employees were discussing their boyfriends and wouldn’t help. Do not go here. Customer service is bad. I politely walked out and they became confrontational.
