Wasn’t terribly impressed with how inside the store condition was but I’m not here to live or sleep… just to pick up some drinks.a year agoLooking through the corn and found this… Looks like a mouse was eating it. Not sure what other rodent can eat like that.3 years agoSadly they eliminated the bulk section here, but that’s probably for the better because it wasn’t very well maintained. More importantly I’ve been using clicklist frequently lately and the last two times I was at this location the clicklist lanes were clogged with cars that were parked. Both times were times when clicklist was open. The picture below clicklist wasn’t busy but the day before when I was there using clicklist it was quite busy and yet people were still parked in the lanes. It’s really frustrating that when the Kroger pickup gives you rotten fruit you have to take it in to costumer service to get a refund or replacement. If I wanted to spend time waiting in store I wouldn’t be using Kroger pickup.

a year agoI have been shopping here for a very long time. Today, I just want to share some pictures of their floral department’s showcase floral arrangement as I think it is so pretty.And I have added their current $7 a dozen for roses on sale. 🙂
4 months agoKroger was out of free hand wipes at door, & only had five of the item that i wanted eight of, quit carrying 3 of the vegan products that brought me back to kroger after decades shopping elsewhere but i get a few things here only bc best price on those4 months agoTake caution as parking incidents happen frequently with people in rush. Hit 2 times at this location and 1 at TC location. 5 stars as they have improved with asking if people need assistance with groceries to vehicle and personable communication by cashiers since masks not mandated. Some products are out frequently during UK sessions like breakfast items and creamers.5 months agoThe staff here is so sweet. If you come in often they will recognize familiar faces and always and they’re always so helpful. The only downfall to this Kroger is the parking. It is almost always incredibly difficult to find parking here.a month agoThey’ve stopped putting seasoning on the rotisserie chicken why I don’t know. Boiling chicken, throwing it in a bag and charging $8 for it is beyond ridiculous. I have to assume since I’ve seen it like this a dozen times there’s poor management, they don’t care or both. I’ll shop elsewhere from now on.

Honestly, I’m only giving this 1 star because of the Spectrum people. The store is fine, like any other store. I don’t complain about customer service, that’s the same everywhere.
But, Kroger as a whole has decided to allow Spectrum people to annoy customers as they walk in and out of the store. I don’t want to deal with this. I’m not looking to change my services, but they won’t let it go. If I lie and say I have Spectrum cable, they go on about all the other services, too. I don’t want to be harassed by salesmen. I feel like I’m forced to be rude just to get away from them, and I don’t want to be. I’m just trying to do my grocery shopping after work, y’all.
The staff that I encountered was very nice and helpful. It’s a smaller store so it doesn’t have a lot of options. Sometimes the brands I’m looking for are not in stock or the flavors. Overall it’s a great place to stop and just get a quick pick up. The pharmacy is very nice. The staff there are always wise and helpful with questions regarding drug interactions. Their clearance section has been moved and it was crammed full of items yesterday which is nice for bargain shopping.
Most of the time, this is a good store but at 8:38 pm on July 23 2023. A male employee with a full beard was yelling the F word at a customer. I don’t care what the reason turns out to be, still should have a professional attitude
Great selection so I give it 4 stars. However the guy at the fish counter makes me never want to buy anything from that area. He is extremely rude everytime I have gone In. Same for my girlfriend. And I get it everyone has there bad days from time to time so I usually just let it go. But the same attitude of just plain rude over months of visiting and getting something. I never leave bad reviews on people but I am honestly tired of it and something needs to be done. My girlfriend said he is worse to the women to her and others when she has been in there. Idk about that but from personal experience it’s not a good attitude to have cause I would rather take my business for that section to another location where I can deal with a nicer person. Other than that all the other staff I have encountered have been great!
Store manager at 9:36am Was very rude and short. She talked loud and gas lit my complaint. The service desk Told me I could not buy a product because they need enough for 4 more days, very rudely. Also rude to other customers before me. I said I spend a thousand dollars a month sometimes to customer service and he said others do too. And proceeded to ignore me. Very mean and rude and nasty. They finally sold me what I needed. The manager yelled at me and continued by asking other customers what they thought. I continued to shop anyway after I payed. The manager T*n*a spoke really loud so others could hear. she kept saying ‘what do you expect me to do’ when I complained about customer service.
