Don’t try using the self check out, especially at night, it only works about a third of the time. You scan an item and it doesn’t register. Watch the screen carefully; if you don’t, you could leave the store with unpaid items! Luckily I usually have an idea of the cost. Maybe they needs clean these more often due to the amount of use. This week I would of had almost $10 worth of items that I scanned that didn’t register.
I go out of my way from Bethlehem West Virginia to shop at this location. I visited your store today and had a problem with the deli dept.. I went to customer service they gave me a manager right away. E’thel Lewis was very concerned with my issue addressed it in a very professional manner. So kind i appreciated his personality and demineer. Wish all Managers conducted themselfes as he did. My’ #1 Grocery store. Thank you E’thel Lewis your AWESOME!
all i want to do is see the weekly ad. maybe i should shop the competition? i can find their ad online in about 3-5sec. they obviously want me to see whats on sale this week.
Don’t shop here much anymore but need more employees took over 25 minutes to get 12 balloons blown up
Shop here often. Went to get pop, sign in front of coca cola 12 packs said 4 for 15.00. They weren’t. It was a sign for 6 packs of bottles which were no where near the adverisement sign. Bait and switch?
