2 months agoWhenever you want to go light or more fresh veggies for dinner. Kroger always have a variety of sushi, california rolls, wraps with vegan/ vegetarian choices also. The products are beautiful and taste good with the teriyaki or sweet chili sauce veggie rolls and salads are always. This location is a fave. Always clean, stocked and friendly staffa month agoI have noticed a significant issue with Kroger’s management that has been causing frustration during my shopping experiences. The problem lies in their failure to update the offers in their system when customers go to pay.As a regular shopper at Kroger, I expect to see the advertised discounts and promotions reflected accurately during the checkout process.
2 months agoThis is the closest Kroger to my house but I think we’re gonna start going somewhere else. Some employees can be rude, specifically the manager Sonia. She is extremely rude, my family has never had a good experience with her. She has a constant attitude, she told my dad she didn’t have time to help him at customer service, and I tried asking her a question and she didn’t even look at me, instead she walked away and said she had to do something else. Today my dad and I went to checkout and as we were putting the items on the conveyer belt, she turned off the checkout light and when majority of our items were already on there, she rudely told us we had to checkout somewhere else.3 months agoThis is a very nice and well stocked Kroger. It’s clean and there are some good deals. But the employees at checkout are generally not happy to see you. I really don’t get good vibes from this one worker when I go at night. I only go here for the pharmacy now. Also I do not like what they did with the reward points for gas. Having points that now expire within a couple months makes me feel pressured to buy more just so I reach my goal. I know that is a corporate decision. But idk where else to express my dissatisfaction with that. So anyways, I just stopped getting gas there because of that reason.7 months agoIt’s extremely concerning and disappointing how Kroger is limiting customer choice to choose product brands and pushing their brand.I pretty much don’t see more than 1 other choice for eggs, milk and other dairy products.
Simple Truth is also Kroger product.
I choose to drive a little far and go to Sprouts or Publix over Kroger. This location customer service is close to Walmart these days. I wouldn’t use their pharmacy either.

a year agoWhat a nice, NICE bunch of people who work at this Kroger grocery market! As I’m visiting here in Roswell I had trouble finding my way around the store, every employee who I asked for help was eager and very pleasantly showed me to what I was looking for. Great store, great employees!2 months agoI’m getting tired of always having to use self checkout. It’s fine when I have a few items but it gets pretty annoying when you have a full cart of groceries. The self checkout registers always have some type of issue. It’s also annoying having the staff looking over your shoulder the whole time while you’re doing it.I know it’s more cost efficient to make the customers do your job for you but it’s frustrating from a customer POV. It’d be nice if at least one register was always open. And don’t try to tell me self checkout is so I can check out faster and have a better experience. It’s not. It’s annoying. I’d be willing to wait a few extra minutes in a line.
I’m starting to go to Publix that’s out of my way and more expensive just so I don’t have to deal with it.
6 months agoNo problems with staff or management. But I’ve found that their selection surprisingly less in some areas. They’re consistently out of things that another Kroger just a couple miles away has consistently stocked. Although it is closer to me, we go to another one since it will have what we need.2 years agoSupermarket with great products. This place is well maintained and clean. When compared to other Kroger supermarkets, this place does not have that much products.7 months agoTennile is absolutely Wonderful! She always greets me with a smile and is so pleasant. She does a great job with my pick up services. It’s rare today to find someone who cares and does quality work. If you see this , please keep up the amazing work. Kroger you have an amazing staff!!!!

Store is good and prices are a lot better than publix
This morning I had an issue with a pump at the fuel center. I’d had this issue before and the previous attendant was able to quickly resolve it. The attendant today not only did not know how to fix the issue he was condescending and rude and outright lied. He even walked away from me as I tried to ask him a question. Incredibly frustrating. I also asked him if there was a number I could call to get things resolved later and he told me just to google it. Another customer was having the same issue and he wasn’t helpful to him either. The issue with the pump caused me to lose my fuel points without getting any gas (wasted 30 minutes). I had the same issue on March 28th (with receipts to prove it) and the lady working fixed the pump and got my points back in minutes. I stop at that Kroger because it is near the gym but from now on I’ll just wait until I’m at the Kroger closest to my home.
Kroger needs to have 24 hour service in store and at gas center. I used the uber driver career service for 4 days until my payroll and they deactivated my career account at 9:40pm on a Sunday no follow to me at all and completely had me stranded I’m so happy to see the store open at 6AM! Thanks so much
Will never shop at Kroger again. Misleading prices. It is buy one get one free, but only if you have a Coupon?????Do I have to read every sign from top to bottom? Who does that???? Publix has a way better Policy and if it says buy one get one free they mean it. No Gimmicks there. And Managers were rude.Good buy Kroger!!!!!
