I’m a little upset over this. I ordered the dinosaur pals action figures cake for my sons 6th birthday. What I paid for, versus what I received was the total opposite. I didn’t have time to request another cake because I had to pick the cake up the day of his birthday party. But I had to add a regular dinosaur to the cake because I ended up with some gold plastic dinosaurs, and mounds of whipped icing instead of the licensed figure cake I ordered. Then, to top it off, the price was changed AFTER I ordered the cake and they wanted to charge me 10 dollars more than what I had ordered it for online. The lady at the bakery was very nice and she honored the price I had ordered it for online, but it still wasn’t the cake I actually ordered and paid for!!!! Guess I won’t be ordering from Kroger anymore. I tried to add pictures to this review but it isn’t letting me.
How could you allow this to take place below. I hope something is done or I also will not be shopping here again either. humiliated my one of those cashier bag checkers. She loudly called me broke and accused me of stealing two $1.50 Crystal Geyser Alpine gallons of water loud enough for the other customers to hear. The waters are clearly listed on my receipt and when I showed her she doubled down and didn’t even apologize. I work two jobs and raise my kid on my own w/no government assistance. I ran to grab dinner in between jobs and was just feeling so triumphant before she embarrassed and insulted me infront of lines of strangers. I’ll never show my face there again…I made a complaint to the manager but it’s still not shaking this feeling of shame and embarrassment now a bunch of strangers think I’am a thief.
Completely dissatisfied with the mobile ordering and pick up from this store . Online I placed an order and it had no limit on the meat I was purchasing online . My mother who is elderly also placed an order pick up for the same product . When I went to the store to pick up , they then only came out with two of the items , and cancelled my mothers order telling me she would have to pick up (which she is not able to ) . Absolutely pathetic with communication on the stipulations of the order and cancelling hers altogether was a joke . The one time I tried shopping at this store I will never do again . If your app allows you to order product in any quantities , you guys are at fault .

Will not come back to this deli over here at this location. There is an older lady with a terrible attitude and a younger gentleman with long hair that closes early with no type of hospitality or customer service. come on Kroger you can do better.
