Fortunately, there was no change to the estimate once he was able to get access underneath my home. Sinatra took the time to answer ‘all’ of our questions and explain everything. He gave me peace of mind. As I had experienced before, I felt very safe having Sinatra in my home; he is personable, professional, trustworthy, so friendly, pleasant, happy, and everything you would want from a plumber/repairman in your home. First I have to say that Kevin is by far one of the most professional plumbers I’ve met in my life. He went far above and beyond what anyone could hope for. We started with what we thought was a clog that turned into a pretty extensive repair. To boot my daughters sweet 16 party was the following Saturday, and the Thanksgiving holiday mixed in. He was able to get the large repair done in time- the dig crews left the yard better than they found it, and my daughters party was not affected in any way. I’m grateful for the amazing service and will call them anytime I need anything plumbing related. He was able to explain the issue I was having with my water heater and even informed me that it was from 2004. He was able to get it replaced and it was with a heater made in the USA which I really like. I will definitely be using mr rooter again. Denise, was so compassionate, caring, empathic, and very human as my 1st person of contact with this company. I was overwhelmed with feelings of not really knowing what to do about my problem. Daryl, a phenomenal man who was also kind and smelled good. He did his assessment and spoke to me in detail about the plan of execution to get my pipe fixed. Upfront pricing explained before any work was to be completed. He overseen majority of the work as it was being done. His crew arrived digging within 30 mins. I was amazed by their response time. They took very good care of my grass and localized the area where they dug. Blake, came in to fix my pipe. He even showed me the actual piece replaced that was the source of my leak. I have used Cody and Sons for preventive as well as maintenance plumbing and HVAC services for three years and have only had positive professional experiences with them. I had my dual sink removed and had a large singular sink installed. From the moment I called & spoke to Louise she made the initial virtual appointment/quote seamless. When the actual plumber Evan arrived he was amazing. He displayed great customer service, knowledge and professionalism. We will definitely be using these services in the future.
Evan is a total rockstar! He is extremely thorough and hardworking and VERY clean on the job! We had a tough job of installing a new soaking tub in place of an old jetted tub and he worked his hardest to get it in the first time. But there was some demo that needed to happen. So I took care of that and today, he MADE it happen. I was so nervous because my nightly baths are my happy place. He did all he could and more to make it work. I am very appreciative of his thoroughness and positive, professional disposition and knowledge base. I’m grateful to Bill Cody and Sons for their consistent A+ work, that I’ve NEVER had an issue with, in the 20 years of using them. They seem to hire the best!
