Was told I was getting 25$ off from the full price. I Said that was too steep so was then offered a free furnace tune up, instead of lowering the price. 500 dollars labor for 1 hour job. Had another company come do it for 200 and they did not try to upsell me anything. They have installed a new faucet in our kitchen, connected our refrigerator to a water line for an ice maker (ran new appropriate tubing for this), replaced our water heater (and offered solid advice on how to do this most effectively to help us decide), fixed a leaking laundry room faucet), connected a gas line to a new gas stove, and fixed a leaking kitchen faucet. They are really great folks and have always responded quickly to requests for service. I also like that they teach me things and have me help out when possible to keep costs down. The service was scheduled for the 8-10 a.m. window on 12/26/2022. The tech had a job before mine and I can understand that it can take extra time. Someone from Roto Rooter did call me at 9 to tell me that the tech was on another job before mine and would contact me when he was on his way. He called me around 11 a.m. and was to my house by 11:30. The tech’s name was Zach F. He was a very nice young man and was very co-operative and patient with me and all my questions. After draining out several buckets full of smelly dirty water from the drain, he came across some grease, about 35 feet into the drain, which I sort of suspected. I have only lived in this house for 5 years, but who knows what the people before me put down the drains. I am very careful about what goes down the drain. Once the job was done, Zach cleaned and disinfected the area. I was very please and satisfied with the job and the price was reasonable for what was done. I will use their service again. I am considering having all my drains cleaned out in the spring.

At 10 o’clock on a Friday night, we encountered a plugged main drain at my bar in Little Falls. I called Roto Rooter and they dispatched a technician within a short time span. He got us taken care of and we were able to resume normal operations.
The fee we were charged for his services was very affordable and fair. I won’t hesitate to call them again in the future. Thank you very much.

Showed up on time for both projects. He was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. He answered my questions and took the time and thought to explain my plumbing repair options.
He made the appropriate calls to the city of St. Cloud prior to performing work on my dwelling’s water main and exceeded expectations on timing and delivery.
Josh is a fine example of Roto-Rooter identifying and retaining talent. From this customer Josh should receive the highest rating allowed for service and delivery.

We had a water backup in our basement and the technician sent out, Jake, was great! He was quick to assist with the issue and find a solution.
The tools he had on hand weren’t able to reach from my sewer access in the house out to the city sewer entrance, so I was told that the work done wouldn’t qualify for warranty from Rotor.
I do wish someone else would have been able to run an extension or longer tool out to my residence to allow the technician to complete that portion of the job – and provide me the peace of mind of a warranty
(That would have made my review five stars).
