Mark Farwell, Realtor is an outstanding person with patience and perseverance who assisted us in finding our new home even though I had a very definite criteria list and price range that had to be met. Mark agreed to being in it for the long haul since I would not just “settle” for anything. It took a bit of time but he found exactly what I wanted and used his negotiation skills to get the price I wanted. Needless to say, Mark won my gratitude and faith and now he is the listing agent to sell my “old home”. Thank you, Mark!

Literally the absolute best! Today, I worked with Taylor who was so knowledgeable and helpful! Took her time to explain all the details of each program and waited with me to ensure they all functioned properly and that I was comfortable using them.

I also worked with Fresa today who made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. I am so grateful to have come to the corporate office to meet this wonderful team in person!

Overall- I’m so grateful to have joined such a wonderful brokerage with individuals who truly care!

    I cannot recommend enough!

    Re: Property Management Division –

I would put a ZERO if I could. After the property manager and I didnt see eye to eye on a few issues, she resigned. Now I see why. They could never adequately answer our questions regarding issues with minor things (why grass not maintained, etc.). The property manager could not understand why we had questions if the “tenant makes his payments each month.” She was confrontational and unprofessional every time we spoke to her about our property.

She refused to give us access to our home when we needed an inspection for insurance and appraisal purpose. She refused to put 24 hours notices on the tenant’s door or late payment notices. When we asked her to confirm the yard was cut, per lease agreement, she would say “yes” despite us physically seeing that it was not (HOA policy).

Their property management division put a tenant in our home with 6 evictions within the last 10 years and didn’t get a security deposit as we requested. We were assured that a credit application and background check was done. It was not. We asked to speak to her supervisor (to change property managers) and she informed us that there was no supervisor over her. She attempted to bully and intimidate us the entire time.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE for homeowners. Do not hire this company to manage your property! No true protection nor concern for the homeowner.

I recently joined FHRM as a new agent and have felt supported and encouraged along the way! The process so far has been very smooth and I’m so happy with my decision. Fresa conducted my initial meeting – she had such positive energy and was very knowledgeable! Tarsha has also been helpful with onboarding. I look forward to where we go from here!

I recently joined Florida Home Realty & Mortgage (FHRM) as a new agent, and I can confidently say that it has been an outstanding decision. From the moment I walked through their doors, I knew I had found my professional home. After a series of interviews with various brokerages, FHRM stood out as the clear winner. I cannot recommend Hover Girl Properties enough! We are currently working with Lara renting our home to tenants and she has been truly exceptional! From helping us find the right tenants, handling the entire process, advertising, lease agreements, and all arranged in a quick and professional manner. She truly cares for her clients and pours her heart and time to make sure we are taken care of. We couldn’t be more pleased with her and the team of Hover Girl Properties. Thank you for everything!

Was using this company to manage my property for years when away, and everything seemed fine until the last tenant. Long story short, as long as you have good tenants Hover Girl Properties is maybe satisfactory. Soon as you have a tenant who causes any damage to your property, Hover Girl Properties will leave you with no more then your security deposit to cover expenses and walk away. Would not recommend if you are looking for a company to acually help manage and protect your investment.

We can’t recommend Hover Girls enough! We moved to Jacksonville in July of 2020. We are a military family and we’re referred to Lara from a friend in San Diego. When we were purchasing our house Lara drove all around the city showing us houses on Zoom during the lockdown. This was especially helpful since my wife was in San Diego and I was in Korea at the time. Lara found us a great house in a fantastic part of town, while being very accommodating to our crazy schedules.

Three years later it was time to sell. Lara went above and beyond again and got us a great return on our investment. She used her network to get find us an all cash buyer at asking price just one day after we decided to sell. We went under contract and sold, all without having to go through the hassles of showing our house a bunch of times.

If you are looking to buy or sell a house in the Jacksonville area give Lara a call.

Excellent management company! They’ve made the process of keeping my property completely worry-free. I interviewed bigger management companies in the area but none of them had the personal service and time dedicated to my property to talk to me and find the right tenant for my home. Definitely happy with my decision to use their services and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future!

We are very blessed to have Hover Girls manage our property since 2009! Home is wherever the Navy sends us and it is so refreshing to have Hover Girls help with managing our property so we can focus on how to settle in our new home over the years, transitioning and deployments. We have also been stationed in Jacksonville three times, each time Hover Girls have helped us successfully find a place to rent and purchase a home. Earlene Paschall has supported our family, checking in on us during deployments, while transitioning to overseas assignments and celebrating with us during promotions. Bobbi Brennan helped us to find rental properties. We have also worked closely with Leslie Duncan, Mitchell Evans and Glenn Doyle. Everyone on the staff is professional, dedicated and extremely kind. We appreciate how the team is looking out for our best interest and trust them.

Absolutely love the house and the company! Florida Spirit Vacations was great to work with. We booked the house within 3 days of arriving. They helped us get the paperwork with ease and very easy to fill out. They provided the amenities that were needed. We had to call the company upon arriving for a situation we had. They were the best. They resolved our problem immediately and kept us up to date on it. They treated us like friends. We’ve been coming to Florida for over 11 years and renting with different companies. From now on we will only rent with FSV. They were great. The most spotless house we’ve ever seen. Pool was the cleanest we’ve ever had. The community we stayed in was wonderful. We love the Four Corners area we highly recommend it. We’ve been staying out there for the last 6 years. Great area if you’re looking to be near the attractions without the traffic hassle. We took our 2 teenage children and our 5 year old. Perfect size and very family friendly in the price. Thanks FSV for allowing us into one of your rental homes and allowing us to make some amazing memories

This was an amazing experience and we will definitely us them again. They worked with us when we had changes to dates with such curiosity and made everything an easy transaction. The house was even better than the listing showed and very convenient to get to the Orange County Convention Center Disney and Universal! Thank you for making this such a great experience!

We have rented from Florida Spirit Homes four times and our last experience will keep us from coming back again.

When we arrived at “Florida Paradise” the bedroom blinds facing the street were partially missing making it easy for anyone to see in. We had to put a sheet up. The ice machine and water dispenser was disconnected when a worker came to fix it, it became obvious it was a problem they previously knew of and it had been broken for a while. We had workmen coming in (unannounced) during our stay to try and fix it. It only flooded and we had to move the fridge and turn it off ourselves.

The tvs in the kids’ room didn’t work. Some were not even connected to anything. There were hanging fire alarms and cracked lamps. It was not a gated community so flyers were left on our van in the driveway. Once someone wiped wax on our windows (no idea why). The entire wall of outlets by the stove didn’t work so no luck plugging in a coffee maker. We called or emailed every other day of our week long stay. We were told we’d receive an email discussing compensation. It never came. They didn’t respond to emails or texts. In phone calls they kept saying, you’ll get an email in 24 hours. Again no response. We cannot recommend them to anyone.

The photos show just a few of the issues: cracked household items, hanging fire alarms, tvs in the kids rooms not connected to anything and didn’t work our entire stay, towels on the floor from the fridge issues, the view of the bedroom with the sheet up.
