I was told I’d be waiting for 3-4 hours, so I filled out the forms and then just went to the Starbucks nearby. I’d suggest doing other stuff while you wait so you aren’t bored sitting around. They called me when it was my turn, and I told them I’d be back in a few minutes. I ended up waiting about 2 hours instead of 3-4. Everyone was so kind and the staff acted like a family. The intake employee was very patient and helped navigate what we needed to do. The technician who drew the blood was also super accommodating given I have a difficult time with needles. Testing procedure was fast and relatively convenient for me. I live about 30 min from the airport so wasn’t too bad to make an extra trip to be sure to get the correct test for our Hawaii trip. Could see it being a problem if I lived farther. The people at the site were friendly and the whole procedure was through quite quickly.
Outstanding customer service. I had lots of questions and they were quick to answer and very accommodating to our needs. The test site was well organized and friendly. We have three young kids so it wasn’t easy. they were very helpful. The results came back in less than 24 hours with all the documentation we needed. Just perfect, one less thing to stress about!
10/10 would recommend! Super easy to find with signs everywhere and people directing patients to the right place. Staff members are very friendly, which made the process great! City health is very efficient – no wait time, after checking in, an employee told us how to self swab, and we pulled over to the side and swab. When we were done, an employee collected our test and we were off! Test results back in 12 hours! 🙂
The staff are polite, professional and knowledgeable. The staff present during my appointment did not hesitate to take extra steps to ensure I was comfortable and understood my treatment course. They also exercised due diligence to ensure the facility was secured against COVID.
We went there on a Saturday morning and we were very impressed by the service we received. The whole staff was very caring and professional. Highly recommend them.
